Description
A unique beach villa with tranquillity and privacy! This secluded, beautiful stylish villa is ideally located walking distance and equidistant between 2 wonderful beaches, Coral Bay and Corallia Beach. The superb safe Coral Bay sandy and gently shelving beach has a beach cafe and a variety of watersports, and is approx. 11 mins walk via a short cut. A 12 minute stroll in the other direction brings you to the Blue Flag sandy Corallia Beach which is ideal for families and very popular with our guests as it is less busy than the main Coral Bay beach, is kept clean by the friendly staff and the shower facilities and toilets are good. The fish taverna here offers a variety of food too and has lovely sea views. On one side of this bay are some rocks where children and adults alike can engross themselves in catching tiny crabs and fish, and the other side of the bay has soft clean sand with the same clear blue sea as Coral Bay. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for hire at both beaches. (See video for both beaches.)
Villa Grace benefits from lovely sea views from upstairs, a spacious interior and a large sunny mature garden featuring fruit trees and scented shrubs, with handy shaded areas if required. This detached villa is hedged for privacy and situated in a “no through” lane strolling distance to the Coral Beach Resort Hotel where non residents can use the facilities including a heated indoor pool, spa and gym.
This villa may suit guests who prefer to walk and not drive as Coral Bay has plenty of bars, tavernas, shops and 2 banks with ATM machines. Paphos town, with its interesting mix of old and new, is nearby and has excellent shops and restaurants, and pretty harbour. Paphos Airport transfer time is 35 minutes.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom (double), with large curved balcony and sea views. En-suite: bath (with shower attachment) and w.c. 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds) and a separate family bathroom with bath (with shower attachment) and w.c. One twin bedroom has balcony with sea views.
Outside: Private pool with wide steps and ladder. (No rail.) Pool and poolside can be illuminated at night. Large quality BBQ. Shower. The gardens have been professionally landscaped to provide colour all year round. Off road parking.

Other information
Air conditioning is available in 3 bedrooms and lounge. €5 per wall unit per day. Pay after arrival. The Satellite TV receives limited reception on Sky Channels and this is better during the day. Please do not expect to receive normal Sky reception.
Travel cot and highchair on request. Please supply your own cot linen. Pool is cleaned and serviced twice weekly.
Coral Beach Hotel
Approx 5 minutes walk from the villas Oneira, Grace and Orchid, and 15 – 20 minutes walk from Jardim and Kingfisher is this lovely Hotel which offers non residents:
Use of Gym, Fitness lessons, Spa, indoor heated, outdoor and 50m pool, tennis, (floodlit, hard and soft courts), squash. Hire of racquets available. Their indoor pool is kept between 28-30 degrees and the Jacuzzi is 36-38 degrees.

Rental includes: Welcome hamper including chilled wine, bacon, eggs, bread, marg., water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa. Towels are included for use within the villa. Please take your own beach towels.

To send a Booking Request is easy and we do not require any credit or debit card details at this stage: Press "Availability, Prices and Booking Request" button below to view Calendar. Tick nights required and press "View Costing". If you are happy with the Costing, and with your selected dates, you should thoroughly complete the Booking Request Form which now appears below and press "Send Completed Enquiry". All correctly completed Booking Enquiries will receive an automated e.mail "Thanking you for your Booking Enquiry". We usually reply regarding the status of your Request within 30 minutes (during office hours). We can also reserve the villa for you whilst we help you to sort out flights. Just ask.

Just a quick note to let you know we have returned from possibly the best holiday we have had for ages. It started with the easiest booking and payment system, all from my computer desk and re-assurance over the phone that all was booked ok. We travelled with an 8 yr old disabled boy (Myles) who was wheelchair bound and found the Cypriot people to be very helpful fro the airport to the beach, putting the British people to shame!! We did have a two storey Villa ( Villa Grace) but were able to carry Myles up the stairs. The villa could not have been better, beautiful interior and fantastic pool. The people in the Coral Beach Resort Hotel were very accommodating and let us have easy wheelchair access to the beach through their hotel. As we had a late return flight we booked a room here at a bargain half price rate of just €67. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the Rep Nicole were so lovely and helpful, would definitely recommend 'Sundance Villas'.
