This delightful detached villa is just 100m from the Coral Bay “strip” and the sea, and also benefits from a wonderful colourful and mature garden, which secludes the poolside, (next door neighbour, if occupied) cannot see your poolside). The villa is ideally quietly situated in a "no through" lane just 1 minutes walk on level pavement, ok for buggy etc. from all the tavernas, bars and shops in the Coral Bay Strip itself. It is spacious, on one level, and if you have young children you can lock/close the gates to make it more secure. The property has Satellite TV. This villa is ideal for guests who do not wish to drive as Coral Bay has plenty of bars, tavernas, shops and 2 banks with ATM machines 1 minutes walk in the Coral Bay "Strip", and the superb Coral Bay gently shelving safe soft sand beach is just 5 mins walk further. A bus goes by every 10 minutes to Paphos Town, with its superb nightlife, interesting shops, bars, restaurants and pretty harbour. Paphos Airport transfer time is 35 minutes.

Outside there are 3 steps up to house. Interior is on one level and the high ceilings keep it cooler in summer. Spacious open plan living room with leather furniture & kitchen/diner. Dining table + 6 chairs. TV with satellite. DVD and CD. 2 x twin bedrooms. Bath shower & w.c. Master double bedroom with en-suite shower & w.c. French doors to poolside.
Outside: Private pool with ladder. Pool and poolside can be illuminated at night. Parking area for 2 cars. Front terrace under pretty arch festooned with geraniums, with patio furniture, is a lovely spot for coffee. Shaded rear terrace. Brick BBQ.

Coral Bay Beach: 800m, Minimarket: 200m, Restaurants: 200m, Coral Bay shops, bars etc: 200m, Paphos/Kato Paphos: 5km, Go Karting 500m, Water Park: 8km, Zoo 2km, Akamas National Park 3km, Bus Stop: 100m (bus is approx. every 10 minutes, and goes to Paphos and Polis).
Other information
Air conditioning. €6 per wall unit per day, payable there, in advance. 4 units, bedrooms and diner/lounge.
Linen and towels are provided and changed once per week, every 7 days. Please provide your own beach towels. Satellite TV has English news and local channels. If TV is important, please take DVDs.

Air conditioning is available at €6 per wall unit per day, pay there.
Rental includes: Welcome hamper including chilled wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, marg., water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa.

If you are happy with the Costing, and with your selected dates, you should thoroughly complete the Booking Request Form which now appears below and press "Send Completed Enquiry". All correctly completed Booking Enquiries will receive an automated e.mail "Thanking you for your Booking Enquiry". We usually reply regarding the status of your Request within 30 minutes (during office hours). We can also reserve the villa for you whilst we help you to sort out flights. Just ask.

We had a fantastic time…apologies for not taking the time sooner to express our gratitude to you and also Nicole for a wonderful holiday in Paphos. We barely spent much time in the villa Jardim (thanks to you both and all the info sent by email beforehand and info upon arrival) we just couldn’t stop ourselves from jumping in the car and heading off to explore.
We hired our car from Nick at Cy-Breeze..very helpful..very good price for the car which we were grateful for and the car was excellent, clean and very reliable.
We found Nicole very helpful when we met her and her advice to take our little boy to the Paphos bird and animal park was the best tip we could have had as he thoroughly enjoyed it and so did we. Much to our surprise as we are not huge fans of zoos especially ones abroad as we have had some bad experiences with them being unclean and unkind to animals, but the Paphos bird and animal park has to be the best park/zoo of its kind (even in comparison to ones we have visited over here in England) just wonderful, and one of the highlights of our holiday (even better as we had been able to use the Sundance Villa discount). We also visited the Troodos Mountains with its breathtaking scenery. We visited some of the villages such as Lysos, which we were particularly fond of and had a lovely cup of tea (and very cheap! compared with tourist areas) at the top of the hill/ mountain there in Lysos at a table and chairs overlooking a cliff top which was just fabulous. We managed to take in Latchi, Polis, Paphos Harbour, Akamas (which we abandoned in the end due to rough terrain, despite being in the 4x4 was worried as poor Harri's head was bouncing all over the place- all good fun though!) as well as a ride down almost as far as Limassol. I could continue listing places, but fear I could be hear all day....
Had some wonderful meals ..our favourite place to go was SERIANI's nr our Villa. All staff were extremely friendly here, the food was fabulous (especially Lamb kleftiko) and one member of staff called George was so attentive that our little boy became quite attached to him, in the end it felt like we were saying goodbye to a family member. It was just lovely to be so welcome and not feel like it was put on at all. Such genuine people and lovely atmosphere. The owner of our villa was also very helpful when we could not work the satellite tv and Nicole had asked her to come and look at it in her lunch break. The owner gave us her direct number to contact if we had any problems at all rather than to bother Nicole which was kind of her, and again when she visited she was extremely friendly to us and made us feel welcome…..

We have just returned from 10 days in Cyprus in the Villa Jardim. It was like home from home in the sun!! The villa had everything to make your holiday brilliant, situated in a very quiet spot but yet close to the Coral Bay Strip. The pool and BBQ were excellent, Nicole our Rep was very helpful, there if you needed her, but kept in the background. The owner also came to the villa and was most helpful. From the booking process to the holiday everything was excellent, and I would certainly recommend Sundance villas.

Dear Irene,
Thought I'd put a few lines of feedback down about our holiday whilst it is still fresh in our minds. It was our first ever visit to Cyprus; we did not know what to expect and so our feedback is not based on any previous preconceptions.
Firstly, let me say we all had a brilliant time, and enjoyed it very much. We met Nicole and she was very helpful and gave us a great welcome.
Villa Jardim was excellent and even better than the website photos lead you to believe. It was clean, modern and well looked after. The pool area was very cosy and secluded and a real sun trap from mid morning to mid-late afternoon.
It was excellent for the Coral bay strip and we enjoyed the selection of shops and restaurants and made good use of them.
In terms of days out, we visited a few places and here is our feedback:
- Bird park. We had fun here, and the kids enjoyed it, but it is looking a little tired in places and some of the birds were not in the best condition. Giraffes are still friendly!
- Paphos Roman Ruins. This was excellent. Low entrance fees, beautiful mosaics, stunning scenery and ruins. The kids enjoyed clambering over walls and bridges etc.
- Troodos - we spent a long day in the car and took in all of the following:
- Aphrodite's birthplace - very nice - worth the small detour for a few photos
- Kaledonian falls - nice if you like walking. Need good balance to cross the stream a few times on stepping stones! The kids really enjoyed this. We saw a small snake!
- Mount Olympus - disappointing - not much to see from here, just the military base.
- Kykkos monastery - quite a ride from Troodos, but well worth it, very beautiful.
- Cedar Drive - quite good views, but the Right, Left, Right in the car wears a bit thin after a while.
- Jeep Safari - overall enjoyed it. After coming so highly recommended, perhaps I was perhaps expecting a little more from it. I think I was expecting to spend a little more time exploring and seeing the wildlife of the area. Whereas it turned out to be a bit of a whistle-stop tour - rushing from one place to the next.
Finally, I would like to mention King Solomon's tavern. We tended to stick to the strip and did not venture further to Solomon's until very late in the holiday. It is much better value, excellent food and really welcoming. We would definitely recommend going here early! It is also walkable if you take the side street past the mini-golf.

This was our third visit to Coral Bay, and we all preferred this villa to previous ones. It was so secluded, Mum was quite happy to be left alone at the villa whilst we walked to the beach with the kids every morning, and she loved pottering around the garden. We tried some really good restaurants in Coral Bay, and our favourite was King Solomon's Taverna. Next time we might hire a car to explore the island more, but we will definitely come back to this villa.
