The villa is situated in a quiet lane next to an almond grove, and has excellent hill views and a secluded solar heated pool (at no extra charge). The swimming pool weather dependant solar cover can raise the water temperature by up to 16% throughout the day, and prevent heat loss by up to 84%, once the sun sets. Oil fired pool heating can be pre booked minimum 7 days. This luxuriously well equipped villa is not overlooked. (New fence for 2009 at far end of pool, to block off owners mothers house completely.)You can enjoy lovely hillside views and of the neighbouring orchards from the terraces, and the bedrooms have sea views. The wooden kitchen diner is modern and extremely well equipped with quality utensils for indoor and outdoor dining, and the spacious lounge is comfortably furnished.

Agia Marina has a small selection of shops, restaurants, etc. including a fair sized Co-Op supermarket 5 mins walk away, which means that it could be possible for guests to get by without a car if they are happy to walk. The beach is just 300m, also 5 mins walk, and on a clear day you can see the mountains of Turkey. This coastline here is Chrysochou Bay which offers mile after mile of quiet beaches alongside citrus groves, with a dramatic backdrop of hills. The Akamas National Park is nearby, and also offers beautiful countryside and uncrowded beaches including Lara Bay, (where the turtles nest) all protected from development.

Ideal also for cooler months as it is centrally heated in all rooms, including bathrooms.

First floor: Master double bedroom with lovely sea views, en-suite shower & w.c. 1 twin bedroom with lovely sea views. 1 double bedroom. Shower & w.c.

Outside: Pool with ladder access, terrace with lighting and garden. Built in BBQ. Covered parking area. The pool area is a suntrap all year, and the pool has a solar heating liner and cover. Comfortable padded sun loungers complete the picture.

Other information
Air conditioning is available at €6 per wall unit per day, payable there, in advance. Bedrooms and lounge. Solar (weather dependant) pool heating included in rates. Oil fired extra pool heating available March to November only, €250 per week, pre payable. Solar pool cover to heat and maintain water temperature will be supplied.

Central heating (radiators) is available throughout at an additional cost. It is included in rates 1 November to 31st March along with wood for fire. If you are looking to book a villa in winter (with us or anyone else) please speak to Irene.

Booking information

You may occupy the villa from 3pm.
Vacate by 11am.

Car hire advisable.

Rental includes: Welcome hamper including chilled wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, marg., water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa. Pool towels are also supplied here. This will help with your luggage allowance.

If you are happy with the Costing, and with your selected dates, you should thoroughly complete the Booking Request Form which now appears below and press "Send Completed Enquiry". All correctly completed Booking Enquiries will receive an automated e.mail "Thanking you for your Booking Enquiry". We usually reply regarding the status of your Request within 30 minutes (during office hours). We can also reserve the villa for you whilst we help you to sort out flights. Just ask.

Chix Chox restaurant in Polis, our favourite for the last four years. The food is superb and the welcome is second to none.

Latchi Watersport Centre, we hired a boat out for the day, and it was brilliant, they provide snorkels and goggles and a cool box for your picnic, it really was fantastic, we all snorkelled at the blue lagoon, it is brilliant family day.

My son also did a scuba diving course the next day, and has a certificate to dive anywhere in the world!

Pafos Waterpark, this is a really great fun day for all, without all the pushing and shoving you get at other waterparks. It is really clean and well laid out, with some really fun rides for all abilities.

I LOVE CYPRUS!!!!!
