Description This "executive" luxurious and elegant villa is situated in a lane next to Blue Flag awarded Coral Bay soft sandy beach, 5 minutes walk from the tavernas, bars and shops in Coral Bay itself. As you enter the villa, the cool marble floors entice you towards the spacious lounge with its superb cream leather suite and wide screen plasma TV. The shimmering pool beyond encourages you to continue through to enjoy your sea views. You then notice the superb white oak kitchen with its top of the range appliances and breakfast bar. The white oak has been used throughout the villa to complete the contemporary feel. This villa is ideal for guests seeking spacious accommodation with superb facilities. Unlimited broadband internet access at 1Mbps is available at no extra cost, with a choice of wireless or cable connection. For your further comfort, mosquito nets are fitted in all rooms, including living room and kitchen. This means you can enjoy cool fresh air in the villa, having windows and doors open, without unwanted insects. Paphos Town and bars and restaurants at Tombs of the Kings are a short drive, and Paphos Airport transfer time is 35 minutes. If you wish to take a break from driving there is a regular bus to Paphos and Polis.

Booking information You may occupy the villa from 4pm. Vacate by 11am. Car Hire not required. 4 seater Taxi from Paphos Airport €45approx. 6 seater Taxi from Paphos Airport €53approx. 11 seater minibus €85. We can arrange Car Hire or a taxi for you, and a friendly face to meet you at Paphos Airport. Pay there.

Rates Refundable Damages Deposit £200 Rates are subject to change. This will not affect any bookings taken. Rental includes: Air conditioning, hot & cold. (All year.) Welcome hamper including chilled wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, marg., water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa. Pool towels are included which can also be taken to the beach. This will help with your luggage allowance. In addition to A/C heating, the villa has underfloor central heating and heated towel rails. £18 per day, payable locally. Changeover day: Flexible, but to fit in with bookings already taken. Occupancy is from 4pm. Vacate 12 midday.

Booking Request To send a Booking Request is easy and we do not require any payment at this stage: Press "Availability, Prices and Booking Request" button below to view Calendar. Tick nights required and press "View Costing". If you are happy with the Costing, and with your selected dates, you should thoroughly complete the Booking Request Form which now appears below and press "Send Completed Enquiry". All correctly completed Booking Enquiries will receive an automated e.mail "Thanking you for your Booking Enquiry". We usually reply regarding the status of your Request within 30 minutes (during office hours). Once your Booking is Confirmed you can book flights etc.
