Description

Situated just one minute's walk to Peristerona village, this exquisite villa's location offers tranquility and spectacular views over the open countryside to the mountains and the sandy beach at Latchi (Chrysochou Bay) and its south facing aspect guarantees lots of sunshine. The balconies on 3 sides of the villa provide even better views and quiet contemplation and relaxation. The property is built in the traditional Cypriot style with local stone walls inside and out, and bamboo and wood ceilings. The poolside is on a lower level than the ground floor of the house. The outside whirlpool jacuzzi is just as popular with children, as it is with adults, and is offered at no extra cost.

Ground floor: 2 x comfortable sitting rooms. 1 double bedroom. Shower & w.c. Guest w.c. Fully equipped kitchen has many extras incl. a toaster. Laundry room with washing machine. Dining area. Doors to veranda with sea views and BBQ. Gated steps to lower level and small kitchen and mini-bar.

First floor: Master double (four poster) has en-suite Jacuzzi, shower & w.c. and three twin bedrooms with shower, w.c. All bedrooms have balcony with magnificent views across the Akamas National Park to the sea at Latchi, and the foothills of Troodos Mountains in the centre of the island.

Outside: Beautiful garden with 2 HEATED (supplement) swimming pools; one is kidney shaped with ladder and steps access, and the other a separate Jacuzzi pool. Pool table. Shower, w.c. Shaded pergola and wooden seating area. BBQ with self turning rotisserie, and clay oven. Parking for 3 cars at front of property.

Air conditioning hot/cold is available at 6 Euro per wall unit per day, payable there, in advance. Bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. 7 units available @ 6 Euro per unit per day. If all units are pre booked you can pay on arrival at villa at discounted rate. Villa has working fireplace and radiators. Please ask for a quote for central heating.
Pool heating Euro €250 week main pool or €tba small pool, minimum booking of 7 days, pay there. Pre bookable and it is only possible to heat one pool. Pool cover not provided.

Cot, highchair, toys on request. The property has central heating (radiators) for cooler months. Pay there. This villa may be suitable for guests with limited mobility, as there is one double bedroom on the ground floor, and access to the pool can be via front door, 3 steps, and then around the side of the house via a ramp to the poolside, (no further steps). Downstairs shower, (with plastic curtain) We can supply a chair for guests with limited mobility). It is not wheelchair friendly.

Refundable Damages Deposit £200

Rental includes: Welcome hamper including chilled wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, marg., water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa.

We usually reply regarding the status of your Request within 30 minutes (during office hours). We can also reserve the villa for you whilst we help you to sort out flights. Just ask.

Dear Irene,

Sorry it has taken us a while to respond, but just to let you know we had a fantastic time at Villa Alexandros. It was the perfect place to just relax and unwind for a week. The villa and its surroundings were perfect and we became quite fond of the resident donkey. We spent most days just lying by the lovely pool and enjoying the peace and quiet and then we would pop into one of the nearby villages for a lovely Cypriot meal in the evenings. When we came home we felt as if we had been away for a month because we were so relaxed. It is the ideal place to recharge your batteries. Also, thank you very much for your help with the flights, car hire, directions, e.t.c. it just took all the stress out of booking a holiday. We will be in touch as soon as we are ready to book our next holiday.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say how much we enjoyed the villa. The views were lovely and Alexandros made us feel most welcome. Everywhere we visited just didn't compare to the villa, so we spent most of our time there. We went into the mountains a couple of times, the roads are pretty exciting and the yellow ones on the map are not for the faint hearted! There is a donkey near the villa and he's very sweet . Thank you again for arranging everything for us. I cant tell you how pleased I was when I called you and you said you could arrange everything for us. I was giving up hope of getting anywhere nice to stay at such short notice. The villa was amazing and Alexandros was very charming, we will definitely be returning. I think it may have ruined all other villas we stay at in the future!
