Description Peacefully situated in a rural no through lane just one minute's walk to Peristerona village, this exquisite villa's location offers tranquility and spectacular views over the open countryside to the mountains and the sandy beach at Latchi ( Chrysochou Bay) and its south facing aspect guarantees lots of sunshine. The balconies on 3 sides of the villa provide even better views and quiet contemplation and relaxation.The property is built in the traditional Cypriot style with local stone walls inside and out, and bamboo and wood ceilings. The poolside is on a lower level than the ground floor of the house. The outside whirlpool jacuzzi is just as popular with children, as it is with adults, and is offered at no extra cost.

Outside: Beautiful garden with 2 private heatable swimming pools; one is kidney shaped with both ladder and steps access, and the other a separate Jacuzzi pool. Pool table. Shower & w.c. Shaded pergola and wooden seating area. BBQ with self turning rotisserie, and clay oven. Parking for 3 cars at front of property.

This villa is not wheelchair friendly but may be suitable for guests with limited mobility, as there is one double bedroom on the ground floor, there is a downstairs shower (with curtain and not wheelchair friendly) and access to the poolside can be via front door with 3 steps. Air conditioning. 7 units available, bedrooms, lounge and kitchen @ €6 (Euros) per unit per day. Prepay at villa. All units €5 x 7 per day. Villa has working fireplace and radiators. Booking information You may occupy from 4pm. Vacate by 11am. Car Hire advisable. We have however had clients stay here successfully without a car, using local taxis. Rates Rates are subject to change. This will not affect any bookings taken. We offer very reasonable lower rates for 2 - 4 persons. Refundable Damages Deposit £200 Rental includes: Welcome hamper including chilled wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, marg., water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa.

Booking Request To send a Booking Request is easy and we do not require anypayment at this stage: Press "Availability, Prices and Booking Request" button below to view Calendar. Tick nights required and press "View Costing". If you are happy with the Costing, and with your selected dates, you should thoroughly complete the Booking Request Form which now appears below and press "Send Completed Enquiry". All correctly completed Booking Enquiries will receive an automated e.mail "Thanking you for your Booking Enquiry". We usually reply regarding the status of your Request within 30 minutes (during office hours). Once your Booking is Confirmed you can book flights etc.
