This 2 bedroomed modern villa completed in 2002, is ideally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Peyia, near Coral Bay and Paphos, within a maturing garden featuring fruit and palm trees, and enclosed by a hibiscus hedge. The villa provides a central location for touring Western Cyprus. It has a lovely private pool, with wide Roman steps and a handrail for easy access. There are lovely views of the sea and hills, and the air here is above the humidity level of the coast. The undeveloped Akamas Peninsula is nearby.

Ground floor: 2 twin bedrooms, both with adjoining shower/w.c. Both bedrooms have balconies. The main shower room/w.c. has a “wheel in” style extra wide shower with 3” – 4” lip. Air conditioning available in bedrooms and lounge. Comfortable lounge/diner for 6. Double sofa bed for 2 persons. Well equipped kitchen. Front door exit to sun terrace and steps to pool, side door exit to pool side (1 step.)
Outside: The private pool has lighting for night-time, and is regularly maintained. Back garden equipped with seating areas and BBQ. Sunloungers, umbrellas and garden furniture. Large balcony equipped with table and chairs, overlooking pool.

Rental includes: Welcome hamper including chilled wine, cheese, bread, marg., water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa.

We usually reply regarding the status of your Request within 30 minutes (during office hours). We can also reserve the villa for you whilst we help you to sort out flights. Just ask.
