Description

Car Hire is not essential for guests staying at this spacious villa with its wonderful secluded garden surrounded by trees and greenery. It is situated 5 minutes drive from Paphos Town, with its interesting shops, pretty harbour and daily market. The villa is not overlooked by other properties, and has no immediate neighbours, but is not isolated. It is walking distance to the sea, mini-market, restaurants and bars. The nearest sandy beach at Laura Hotel is approx 1km. Coral Bay sandy beach is just 10 minutes away. There is a handy regular bus service between Coral Bay and Paphos town, on the coast road nearby. The bus stop is approx 5 minutes walk and the area is flat for walking.

Ground floor: (All on 1 level with 2 steps at front.) 3 bedrooms, 1 master double with en-suite shower room and w.c. 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom (bath, shower & w.c.) Comfortably furnished spacious air-conditioned lounge with sofa bed and open plan dining area for 6. Well equipped kitchen.

Outside: 2500 sq m gated and secluded garden surrounded by trees, with BBQ, large grassed area and shrubs. Private pool with ladder access and large terraces at back and front. Private parking area for 4 vehicles.

Other information
Air conditioning is available at CY£3 per wall unit per day for bedrooms, and CY£4 for lounge, payable there, in advance. 4 units. Cot and highchair on request. Bathrooms are not wheelchair friendly. Shower has curtain and the tray lip is 6cm high, but is not “wheel in” as width is too narrow. Both bathrooms have door width 25cm. Stool in bath available for guests with limited mobility.  Garden and pool are attended to daily.

You may occupy the villa from 3pm.
Vacate by 11am.

Car Hire not required.

Taxi from Paphos Airport for 4 persons costs approx £18 one way. We can arrange this for you.

Changeover day: Wednesday is preferred, but flexible.

Rates are subject to change. This will not affect any bookings taken.

Refundable Damages Deposit £200

Rental includes: Welcome hamper including chilled wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, marg., water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Change of linen and towels every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa. Visit from our representative.

Booking Request

To send a Booking Request is easy and we do not require any credit or debit card details at this stage: Press "Availability, Prices and Booking Request" button below to view Calendar. Tick nights required and press "View Costing". If you are happy with the Costing, and with your selected dates, you should thoroughly complete the Booking Request Form which now appears below and press "Send Completed Enquiry". All correctly completed Booking Enquiries will receive an automated e.mail "Thanking you for your Booking Enquiry". We usually reply regarding the status of your Request within 30 minutes (during office hours). We can also reserve the villa for you whilst we help you to sort out flights. Just ask.
