Description
A one bedroomed cottage with a full sized private pool just for your use, tucked away inits ownquiet garden, only 7 minutes drive to undeveloped beaches, 20 minutes walk to local bar/restaurant, and 12 mins drive to Paphos Town. Access to the villa is via the owner’s pretty gardens, and guests are welcome to wander around.
Although the owners live next door they will respect your privacy completely, but are there if needed. The village is a bird sanctuary and protected area.
The valley has beautiful views and is ideal for walking, and both the Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills golf courses are nearby.

Ground floor: Twin bedroom has spacious en-suite walk in shower/w.c. Well equipped lounge/kitchenette has air conditioning. Overhead and moveable fans in both rooms. The Sanyo oven/grill is suitable for light meals and there is also a toaster. Gas heater for cooler months.
Outside: Steps to poolside. Pool with ladder access, terrace and lawned garden. Gas BBQ.

Other information
1 April - 31 October: Air conditioning/heating is available via a slot meter which takes 1 Euro coins for approx 90 minutes.
1 Nov - 31 March. Heating: 1 x Gas cylinder (per booking) for mobile gas fire included in rates. This should last approx 1 week if used on low setting. Further cylinder approx 12 Euros.
Much recommended by our clients: The lady owner offers Alternative Healing, Reiki, and Indian Head massage. She can recommend a Body Talk specialist on request. Cot available. Satellite TV is Nile TV which has a number of English channels, some German and French. Film and world news channels include Fox Film, BBC News, CNN, Euro News and MTV 1 2 3. |

You may occupy the villa from 3pm.
Vacate by 11am.
Car Hire advisable as minimarket is approx 4km. Free (daytime) Paphos Airport transfer to and from the Cottage. Conditions apply.

Rates
Rates are subject to change. This will not affect any bookings taken.
Rental includes: Welcome hamper including eggs, bacon, bread, butter, juice, beers, water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Fresh supply of linen and towels.
This villa is available for long let from 1st November and 31st March, minimum let of 3 months.
All bills are to be paid by Renter. Linen and towels can be included.
A refundable Damages Deposit will apply.

Booking Request
To send a Booking Request is easy and we do not require anypayment at this stage: Press "Availability, Prices and Booking Request" button below to view Calendar. Tick nights required and press "View Costing". If you are happy with the Costing, and with your selected dates, you should thoroughly complete the Booking Request Form which now appears below and press "Send Completed Enquiry". All correctly completed Booking Enquiries will receive an automated e.mail "Thanking you for your Booking Enquiry". We usually reply regarding the status of your Request within 30 minutes (during office hours). Once your Booking is Confirmed you can book flights etc.

We're back from The Cottage a few days now and I just wanted to pass on what a lovely time we had. Away from the hubbub of the city, nestled in the hills we found The Cottage a great base for excursions to Kourion, Lemesos, Pahos (of course) etc. and enjoyed The Birthplaceof Aphrodite as our local beach. Very special thanks to Zoe and George who were very friendly and welcoming and provided us with fresh eggs from their own chickens thoughout the stay. Once they saw I was pregnant, they also went to the thoughtful trouble of finding extra cushions and support for my comfort around the pool etc. Lovely people and a really relaxing holiday.

Hi Irene Everything went beautifully regarding our holiday at The Cottage. Zoë and George are lovely people and they made sure that everything was fine for us, and we very much enjoyed exploring everywhere in the Mazda.We found some wonderful restaurants. The best of all was Kanalli Restaurant (which is on your list) at Pomos Harbour (1km beyond Pomos) on a promontory above a lovely sheltered cove with steps down to the tiny harbour and "relax beach" (yes, that really is what it is called") with old fashioned deck chars and rock pools - great for kids and snorkelling. The restaurant attracts a big clientele of local families at lunchtime and has really wonderful food - everything very fresh and tasty. The view all round is also wonderful.
This was our first time in Cyprus, but we hope to come back again soon

We had a great time at the Cottage! What a lovely property and the pool and surrounds are to die for!
Zoë’s Indian head massage is a definite 'must' for a completely relaxing holiday!
Once we'd established exactly where we were and were able to navigate the roads like locals, we had a lovely time finding out of the way tavernas which were friendly and served excellent (and often pretty cheap) food. We found the Donkey Sanctuary at Vouni a very pleasant place to spend a couple of hours and enjoyed relaxing in a shady corner with a drink, then bought bags of carob pods and wandered around giving the donkeys 'treats'.
The weather was absolutely scorching so the pool got full usage from early morning to almost midnight! Sitting out late at night under the scented jasmine, sipping wine is something I'll bring to mind frequently now back in wet and grey UK! Would congratulate you in finding such a lovely property and hopefully we shall be going back.

What a wonderful holiday. The Cottage was absolutely gorgeous and the location equally so. George and Zoe were perfect and there when you needed them but not when you didn't if you know what I mean.

Everything about the holiday was perfect. Journey, weather, accommodation - everything. The Cottage and pool is absolutely superb as are the views. George and Zoe are a delightful couple as are their two, extremely well behaved,young children. For any one looking for a relaxing non-touristy type of holiday - this is the place to go. You definitely need a car. Although the Nikokleia Taverna is within walking distance, it is about a 20 minute down hill walk there, but about 30 minutes up hill on the way back. This was not a problem for us, we enjoyed the walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, as did my sister, Mrs Atkinson. The position and amenities perfect, pool and villa spotless. We made friends with George and Zoe, and their children who were so well behaved and polite. George gave us lots of local info, and we really enjoyed eating under the vines at the inn just outside the village, food was very good. We will be back and have no hesitation in recommending your services. The flight that you helped us find with Cyprus Airways was very good too. Superior and efficient.
