Secluded in a scented orchard garden, 600m from sea
Description
The villa is quietly situated within a pretty secluded and mature orchard garden, approached by a driveway leading through the orange groves, and offers panoramic views across the countryside to the undeveloped beaches in the bay of Polis. The large windows downstairs allow you to enjoy the surrounding orange trees at all times and even more wonderful sea views await you from the balconies upstairs. The location is rural, (not isolated) and this house is spacious and simply furnished, close to the beach and seaside resort.

Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge with sofa-bed. French doors to terrace. Small double bedroom with French doors to poolside terrace. Shower room with w.c. Guest wc. 2 steps to poolside.
First floor: 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. 2 bedrooms at front have balconies with sea views. Bathroom with bath shower & w.c.
Outside: Pool with Roman steps and terrace. BBQ. Shower. Mature garden.

Beach/sea: 600m by foot (track) and 1.2km by lane, Argaka village 3km, Shop: 3km, Restaurant: 600m, Polis: 7 km. New Golf Course Limni: 3km
Other information
Air conditioning: Bedrooms and lounge. €6 per wall unit per day, payable there, in advance. The villa has the benefit of central heating for cooler months. Cot and highchair on request. Downstairs bathroom is not wheelchair friendly. The downstairs bedroom may be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Booking information
You may occupy the villa from 4pm.
Vacate by 11am.
Car Hire advisable.
Changeover day: Generally Wednesdays and Sundays.

Rates are subject to change. This will not affect any bookings taken.
Refundable Damages Deposit £200
Rental includes: Welcome hamper including chilled wine, eggs, bacon, cornflakes, bread, marg., water, milk, coffee and tea. Linen and towels. Changed every 7 days, along with a light clean of villa.
This villa is available for long let (minimum let of 3 months) from 1st November and 31st March. All bills are to be paid by Renter. Linen and towels can be included.
A refundable Damages Deposit will apply.
Booking Request
To send a Booking Request is easy and we do not require any credit or debit card details at this stage: Press "Availability, Prices and Booking Request" button below to view Calendar. Tick nights required and press "View Costing". If you are happy with the Costing, and with your selected dates, you should thoroughly complete the Booking Request Form which now appears below and press "Send Completed Enquiry". All correctly completed Booking Enquiries will receive an automated e.mail "Thanking you for your Booking Enquiry". We usually reply regarding the status of your Request within 30 minutes (during office hours). We can also reserve the villa for you whilst we help you to sort out flights. Just ask.

Just a quick note of thanks for the great holiday we had at the Villa Adonis. The villa was everything you said, which cannot always be said of other companies these days, and the views and proximity to the sea was first class. Also please pass on our thanks again to the charming Afru who provided us with more fresh fruit than we could ever eat and also Dimitri who was more than willing to assist over any matter….not that we needed him at all. We certainly would go back to Argaka in a heartbeat and especially enjoyed the hospitality and friendship of Liza (local taverna Liza’s Place) and her father in the evenings.
Once again our thanks for a great holiday in a lovely part of the world….Kathi tells me we will no doubt be speaking soon about our next holiday!!!!

Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful stay we had at Villa Adonis. The property was really lovely, very clean and bright. Just as good was the location - it was really peaceful and quiet, and at night we went to sleep to the sound of the sea breaking on the beach.The orange and lemon trees surrounding the villa were full of fruit which the children loved.
Pool was wonderful, and the children had an absolutely brilliant time in it for the whole week as the weather was so good.

Thank you for organising our super holiday. Got back last night & have had a brill time.
The villa Adonis was lovely, very secluded, which was just perfect for us. It also amazed us at how well equipped it was. We found the previous Villa we were to be in and again whilst this also looked very nice, a big thank you for the upgrade to the Adonis - this was even better.
We did receive a Renault Cleo as a hire car, rather than the Yaris & were advised that we had been 'upgraded'.
