Dear Irene

Thanks for your email. Yet again we had a fabulous holiday at Villa Kingfisher.
The villa was spotless with the new addition of outdoor dining furniture which was lovely to eat our evening meal at. There were beach towels this year and the hamper was much better than last with items that you could use. All the appliances were in good working order.
We met both Mr Michael and Nicole who were as ever courteous , friendly and helpful. We had a very relaxing holiday with our only excursion being the Aphrodite waterpark which we would recommend to all families. It can be hot and expensive as you have to buy their food and drink but it's worth it for the children.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Sundance Villas to friends and family

Kind regards

Hi Irene

We very much enjoyed the villa.

We always go to villas when in Cyprus and have stayed in lots, the location of this one was excellent and we would most definitely like to return to it.

The villa was very clean on arrival. All the kitchen appliances (big and small) worked very well which is quite unusual particularly with dishwashers!!, but this one was good.

...plenty of plates, dishes, mugs and glasses, and also plastic cups which is great with kids especially on those tiled floors. We always use plastic ones around the pool too!

We have an indoor pool at home and are often critical of how well pools are looked after abroad, the pool at Villa Jardim was one of the best kept pools we have ever used in Cyprus!

Also for wheelchair users the Chinese restaurant on the Coral Bay Strip now has a lift up to it, downstairs toilets available in the following restaurants Palm Grove, Elephant, Blazing Saddles, Seryanis, possibly others as well but these ones for definite. (Palm Grove and Elephant have proper disabled friendly loos.)

Thanks very much to both you and Nicole for a great service and a lovely holiday.

Kind Regards

Hello Irene

Thank you for your e-mail, please excuse the slow response. Three weeks away is a long time and I have been catching up all the usual things along with the 3 children keeping me busy!

Yes, we had a lovely time at Villa Fos in Lefkada. The accommodation was lovely with really fantastic views and like you, we found Oasis to be our local eating haunt where we were well looked after. We also enrolled the children for one week into the English speaking sailing school called Wild Wind in Vassiliki. I could not fault them on any level and children had a fantastic time. The young instructors there really were superb.

Everything in the villa was in good condition. We had this misfortune of having a punctured tyre and the BP garage in Vasiliki was very helpful in organizing for it to be fixed.

We would certainly go back again, however not next year as we have already made plans to go with friends to Portugal.

We met Ourania the owner who was charming. She sourced some petrol for us when we were running out due to the strikes there.

In all, we had a great time.

Many thanks and best wishes

Hi Irene
Once again we had a fab time. Villa Athena was in the perfect location and was a great villa to to stay in. Everything was ready for us when we got there and was very clean and tidy, the pool was huge and the children had hours of fun day and night as it is so warm with it being heated. Nikole was always only a text away and couldn't do enough, she arranged some excursions for us and we had a brilliant time. We can highly recommend the firework cruise on the wavedancer, it was well worth the money, and a brilliant dinner and sunset evening.  The boat crew just can't do enough for you. We hired a car but only used it for shopping as the best way to get around is the bus that is only around the corner from the villa and the children ride free and it is only a euro for adults. The water park is a fab day out we spent all day there and could have gone again and again if the children had their way in between go-karting that is. Once again we had a brilliant time thanks to you and your Sundance Company.  Everything was taken care of from the moment we stepped off the plane, and the taxi was waiting.  Would recommend you without a doubt and will definitely be using you again...many thanks

The Donovan family.

Hi Irene

Just wanted to let you know what an amazing holiday we had again at Katerina this year. Even though it's our fifth year at the same villa we still had a perfect time thanks to you, Nicole, Lambros and CY Breeze. We actually went out one evening for our wedding anniversary with lambros and his family in the village to watch his son play Bazuki. It was an amazing night and Lambros was the perfect host as usual. Cannot thank you all enough for your hard work to make such a special holiday for us each year.

Dear Irene

We got on really well at the villa Orchard Coast, and Anura did everything he could to make a stay a good one. Nothing was too much trouble for him. After a delayed flight, we were met by the owner who showed us around the villa. Mr Michael visited us the following morning, drove us to Polis, gave a guided tour of the town before dropping us off at the 'big' supermarket. This was a lovely gesture by Mr Michael and was very much appreciated.

Later in the week we visited the 'local' supermarket, where our shopping was duly delivered to our villa.

In Polis, we recommend a visit to Finikas and Moustakalis eateries. Elenas is a great stopping off point with superb views and extremely pleasant service.

Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday.

An oasis of tranquillity

At the villa we did find

The orchard perfumed air

Helped us to unwind

The villa itself was fabulous

A really nice place to stay

Anura worked hard to assist us

Giving home from home comfort each day!

The sea to the right was beautiful and clear

A short walk to the beach bar for wine or a beer

A very peaceful setting, a pleasant bite to eat

No reason to go anywhere, simply stay in your seat!

The beauty of Polis, super restaurants here

A gentle stroll, 10 minutes away -

With a pause at Elena’s for a beer

Oh what a way to end the day!

The weather so warm and dry

Gave us every chance,

That pure blue lovely sky

So thank you all at Sundance!

Irene

I am just letting you know that we have returned from a wonderful holiday in Cyprus, the villa Lauren Beach was wonderful and in a perfect location. Andreas at the villa was very helpful, and the Greek cypriots who live and work out there were lovely people. We hired a car from Cy-Breeze which was very handy for getting from the airport and travelling around Cyprus for the two weeks.

We will definately use your services again in the future when looking for trips away.
Truly a holiday that will leave us with great memories.

Regards

Hi Irene

We had a most enjoyable holiday staying at Orchard Beach Villa in Cyprus. When we arrived, the villa was clean and tidy and we really appreciated having the hamper waiting for us in the fridge! There were plenty of clean towels for us all to use, although we did bring along our own beach towels, but didn't realise there were any beach towels to use at the villa. The swimming pool always looked so inviting and was used a great deal during our two week stay.
Anura was so helpful and we often had chats with him. We reported a few things to him in the villa which needed looking at. Some things he could replace immediately, others needed more time.
There was a resident cat at the villa which apparently belongs to the owner but she seemed very friendly and we took a few photos of her which reminded us of our cat back at home.
Most nights we walked into the square for a drink which we really enjoyed, choosing a different bar each night.

Thank you for a most enjoyable holiday and we would recommend to our friends.

Debbie Norton    Groby

Dear Irene

The flight itself was very good but unfortunately delayed on both the outward and return journey...they are not as efficient as you and we would like to say how pleased we were with both your service, that of Nicole in the resort and Nick from CY Breeze. We didn't need to contact anyone but everything was in place had we needed to. Everyone arrived on the Monday so we were well informed from the start and after that were left to enjoy our holiday without interruption for which we were really grateful. We would happily recommend Sundance Villas; the poster is up in work and thank you for the bottle of wine.

The villa Katerina was clean and tidy and the welcome hamper was very good, particularly as we arrived so late. Beach towels were provided which is a very useful addition. The Villa was perfectly secluded and in a peaceful location.
The pool is absolutely brilliant and we made full use of it, particularly as the temperatures continued to soar. We don't have any new recommendations; your existing list is very comprehensive and included many places we have visited before and agree with the comments. I would however, warn future clients not to order coffee from Atlantica Restaurant; I'm still reeling from being charged 2.50 euros for a sachet of Nescafe in a cup and a pot of hot water!

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would happily book with you again. Considering how late we were in making the booking, everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently and because of this we enjoyed a totally relaxing and stress free week - just what we needed.

Thank you .

Regards

Hi Irene

Sorry for the delay in replying, it doesn't take too long too get back into work etc unfortunately!

After we got everything sorted out with the villa Gardenia we got on very well. Andreas worked hard to iron out any problems and we really got on well with him and we will probably go back to the villa again at some point. I would also have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Nicole was great, some very helpful advice.

As to highlights; we loved Kato Paphos. We spend quite a few mornings having coffee on the seafront and ate out a few nights at some of the restaurants. There is a lovely italian one on the front about half way down but we can't remember the name of it (something piazza) quite pricey by cypriot standards but lovely and an excellent wine list.

One major highlight was Aphrodite's Baths over at Latchi. We went over there one morning and had coffee at the taverna there, saw the beach below and ended up spending the day there. We never did actually go to see the Baths! The beach there is excellent for snorkelling, Colin saw lots of fish and octopus etc. We had lunch at the taverna and it was lovely. They have showers and changing rooms underneath the taverna so when you climb up from the beach (lots of steps and not for the faint hearted with the heat!!) it is lovely to shower and get changed before you eat. We went back there a couple of days and I think it was probably one of the best bits of our holiday. It takes 35 minutes in the car from the Villa to the Taverna.

Thank you for everything.

Kind regards

Lynne M     County Fermanagh

Note from Irene: I highly recommend a visit to the Akamas coastline and Baths Of Aphrodite area and the taverna. It has some of the clearest bluest sea in the Med. and snorkelling or a boat trip from Latchi is a good way to enjoy it

Dear Irene

We all had a lovely time in Cyprus, but unfortunately we had to come home.. we can honestly say, the Villa Athena was brilliant. It was clean and well looked after. Everything we wanted was there. Little things like salt being available was noticed. (Other privately own villas we've booked before have not supplied such a simple thing). The poolman/gardener was a frequent visiter, which just showed good housekeeping and attention to detail. We did have a few minor issues on arrival, but after speaking to Nicola, these were sorted. We especially liked the outside covered patio area next to pool. This we made lots of use of. We spent most of our villa time here. This, as well as the heated pool are certainly, in our opinions, a big selling/focalpoint.
All in all, we were very happy with our villa, and would have no doubt in recommending you and your villas to whomever may ask. We all have copies of your advertisment, and have pinned up on work notice boards.

Thankyou for your part in our holiday, and look forward to speaking to you in the future.

Kind regards

Hello Irene

Thank you for your e mail, yes we had yet again a fabulous holiday everything was as expected at this lovely Katerina cottage, oh and thank you for listening to my request for a mirror!!! did not have to rely on husband to tell me I looked ok.

Thank you also for the extra bottle wine, which we had no trouble enjoying !!, there has been a lot of interest from work colleagues since notice went up on our board so I just hope they don't book same time as I want LoL!!.

Once again the pool was fantastic,  we were able to have a proper swim due to the size and depths.  The representatives are great and do not visit unless you want them to which is always nice .
Collecting freshly laid eggs for breakfast each day was also highlight of the holiday, not many places you can do that.

Well back to reality now, can't wait for next year.

Many thanks for all your help , as always.

Roxanne & Roy

Hi Irene
Our holiday in Cyprus was fantastic...didn't want to come back.Villa Athena was ideal. Apart from a broken toilet seat, it was pristine. The kitchen appliances and utensils looked as if they had never been used. The hamper was appreciated and there were enough towels to open a market stall. The furnishings inside and outside were of a higher standard normally found in a holiday rental and the covered dining areas front and rear were a real bonus. The pool was well used by all of us...the biggest we've had in a private villa. The only improvements to the villa could be some art just to add a bit colour to the white walls and perhaps additional planting at the back or a Grecian urn or two just to make the pebbled area a bit more interesting...but I realise this is being really petty.
The location was a bit further from the main area of Coral Bay than we envisaged but the walk wasn't too bad. We usually opted for the local buses which were regular and it only took a few minutes to the 'strip'. It was just a short stroll, however to Corallia Beach. We thought this was the better of the two, but Coral Bay Beach was easily accessed from here, via a path up and over the rock which separates them.
Nicole was superb. Very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a problem with one aircon unit and it only took one text to her and Andreas, the builder/owner arrived, the unit was repositioned and new piping was run in from outside, all within a couple of days. Ok, a few extra holes were left in the wall, but you cant ask for better service than that. She also booked and delivered tickets for a Wavedancer cruise, and put us in touch with someone who did quad bike safaris (George at Golden Rides). We thought about doing the jeep safari but didn't fancy spending all daybouncing around in a jeep in the sweltering heat, so went for the quad bike alternative and spent three hours bouncing around in the sweltering heat instead....great fun!!
We tried most restaurants/tavernas in the area (the kitchen appliances and utensils still look unused) and to be honest we didn't receive a bad meal or poor service anywhere. A very high standard overall but a special mention should go to King Solomons, the traditional family owned and operated taverna just off the main strip where we had a mixed meat and fish meze...it was fab, just differing slightly from other restaurants and the 15(ish) dishes served just a ta pace we could manage.
I am sure we will be backin the future and we wont look any further than Sundance Villas. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends, family and anyone else thinking of going to Cyprus

Kind regards
Robert, Arlene & family

Hello Irene, as you know we have holidayed in villas for the past 5 years in Coral Bay and have always stayed in lovely villas in the heart of the resort. As our daughter was getting married in Paphos on the 3rd July we wanted a villa that was of exceptional quality and a bit more special in the heart of the resort...we were not disappointed! Kingfisher villa is of a very high standard and is equipped with everything you would need. I would like to thank you for your excellent booking service and Michael (Resort Manager) who visited us our first day and a very special thank you to Antoni (Gardener and pool man) who was always around and always checking everything was ok and offering advise regarding the area etc and to Andreas (the owner) who popped in a couple of times and was always just a phone call away should anything go wrong with the villa, which was real peace of mind. We also took your advice and booked 2 cars through CY-Breeze and they were also very professional and offered a great service. We also used Steve's taxis several times and again their service was excellent and we got to know a few of the drivers....we will certainly be recommending Kingfisher Villa and Sundance Villas to all of our friends and family....thank you all of you who made our holiday so easy and hassle free

Hi Irene
Just returned and we wanted to re book for 2011 but the dates are booked already so we will book Villa Aphrodite. Our holiday was out of this world! Brilliant! Villa Filip is the best villa ever for comfort, relaxation and quality, inside and out. When we arrived we met Filip who was hosing the poolside. Pool was spotless and warm like a bath, and the scent of the flowers was unbelievable. We have never stayed at a villa so much, we hardly went out, breakfast in the rear garden with the scent of a waxy cream flower and the roses, and the rest of the time on the front terrace. We did go to Polis and drove along to Argaka, and we did the drive you suggested in the paperwork from Lysos, beautiful.

Dear Irene,

We had a fantastic time…apologies for not taking the time sooner to express our gratitude to you and also Nicole for a wonderful holiday in Paphos. We barely spent much time in the villa
Jardim (thanks to you both and all the info sent by email beforehand and info upon arrival) we just couldn’t stop ourselves from jumping in the car and heading off to explore.

We hired our car from Nick at Cy-Breeze..very helpful..very good price for the car which we were grateful for and the car was excellent, clean and very reliable.

We found Nicole very helpful when we met her and her advice to take our little boy to the Paphos bird and animal park was the best tip we could have had as he thoroughly enjoyed it and so did we. Much to our surprise as we are not huge fans of zoos especially ones abroad as we have had some bad experiences with them being unclean and unkind to animals, but the Paphos bird and animal park has to be the best park/zoo of its kind (even in comparison to ones we have visited over here in England) just wonderful, and one of the highlights of our holiday (even better as we had been able to use the Sundance Villa discount). We also visited the Troodos Mountains with its breathtaking scenery. We visited some of the villages such as Lysos, which we were particularly fond of and had a lovely cup of tea (and very cheap! compared with tourist areas) at the top of the hill/ mountain there in Lysos at a table and chairs overlooking a cliff top which was just fabulous. We managed to take in Latchi, Polis, Paphos Harbour, Akamas (which we abandoned in the end due to rough terrain, despite being in the 4x4 was worried as poor Harri's head was bouncing all over the place- all good fun though!) as well as a ride down almost as far as Limassol. I could continue listing places, but fear I could be hear all day....
Had some wonderful meals ..our favourite place to go was SERIANI's nr our Villa. All staff were extremely friendly here, the food was fabulous (especially Lamb kleftiko) and one member of staff called George was so attentive that our little boy became quite attached to him, in the end it felt like we were saying goodbye to a family member. It was just lovely to be so welcome and not feel like it was put on at all. Such genuine people and lovely atmosphere. The owner of our villa was also very helpful when we could not work the satellite tv and Nicole had asked her to come and look at it in her lunch break. The owner gave us her direct number to contact if we had any problems at all rather than to bother Nicole which was kind of her, and again when she visited she was extremely friendly to us and made us feel welcome…..

Best Regards,

Jo Blyth  Romford

Hi Irene

I can absolutely say we had a fantastic time at
Villa Filip - it was just what we needed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa to anyone who is happy to have their own peace and tranquility on holiday.

We took your recommendations to heart and all but one of the places we ate was on your list and all turned out to be fantastic for one reason or another - the one we didn't was the Sxxxxx Taverna in Agio Georgios which was dreadful and we only went there because we couldn't find the Sea Caves Taverna, which we did and enjoyed the following evening.
We did a range of things from lunch at the top of the gorge for my birthday, to the Baths of Aphrodite Taverna and on the last day we travelled up to the Kannayiou Dam and then to lunch at Statios Ayios-Fotios, with the green roof - the best kebab we have ever had!  Your list definitely made a difference to us being able to go out with confidence and enjoy our holiday experience in a country we had not visited before from day one - we would love to go back! Absolutely brilliant!
The villa was very comfortable with all and more mod cons than we would expect.  Mr Michael did come round and Philip came round twice!  Both very pleasant and very helpful!  Thank you for the cake, which we loved and the wine, which we also loved!

Thank you so much for recommending Villa Filip and Cy Breeze who were also brilliant.  I cannot think of anything that would have improved our stay and yes we will be raving about Sundance Villas to all family and friends!

Many many thanks - we are already missing getting up and going for a dip in the pool!

Regards

Jenny & Nigel

Dear Irene

Villa Filip was superb, so relaxing it was hard to pull ourselves away to go out!  What privacy! A complete contrast to our last villa holiday in Protaras, where we were overlooked from all angles. We were pleased we were just out of Coral Bay, as it was busier there than we thought. The small beach at Ayios Georgios was lovely too, what views!!...We will recommend your services for sure, many thanks..John Bishop

Hello Irene

The Villa Filip was lovely, very clean & tidy, just perfect for the 2 of us. Your directions from the airport were spot on & it was a wonderful to find the hamper there on our arrival.

Nicole did text us on our first day but having been to Cyprus on previous occasions, we didn't really need any assistance, or have any requests.

Philip came over to see us on the second day & was very friendly & welcoming.

The 2 weeks we spent at the villa were perfect, it couldn't have been any better. We have been on many holidays worldwide & this was the most relaxing & peaceful holiday we have ever had.

There was only thing i need to mention & that was that the air condition unit in the main bedroom started dripping towards the end of the fortnight, but this didn't have any impact on our holiday, just thought you may want to mention it to either Nicole or Philip to get it checked out.

In fact Philip actually offered for us to stay a third week as the villa was empty, but unfortunately we had to come home to go back to work, otherwise we probably would have taken him up on his offer!

I would definitely recommend sundance villas & have already given one of my work colleagues one of the your leaflets.

Regards

Jo & Simon

Dear Irene

Our party had a wonderful time at the Villa Athena! And was extremely pleased at the standard of the decor and cleanliness.

It had everything you could need for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. The hamper was very much appreciated (especially when you arrive after a long journey).

Beach towels were supplied, which was a nice surprise as we were not expecting them.

We only met Nicole once on arrival, as she was going on holiday herself, but we were left in the capable hands of Mr Michael who was very helpful indeed!

In my opinion there is no need to improve anything at the Villa Athena - as it was perfect! And would certainly recommend Sundance Villas to friends and family. And as for us, we would love to visit Cyprus again!

Many thanks

Julie and Paul

Hi Irene,

We had a lovely holiday at Villa Irida. The villa was great, had pretty much all that we needed, maybe a better bbq would be good as we did barbie most nights that we ate in. The pool was a dream, and all in all Villa Irida lived up to expectations and location is good. Very much liked Cyprus and will return hopefully using Sundance Villas. Have already recommended Sundance Villas for friends and family when they visit Cyprus.

Will probably go Polis way as we spent a couple of days on boats etc over there and loved this.

Good luck with the future.

Kind Regards

David Price   Malvern

Hello Irene,

Re Repeat vist to Villa Aphrodite after 5 years

I hope you had a good break?
Thanks for all your help re our holiday.
The villa was better than we remembered! Charroulla  has made it a home from home with so many lovely items! Also so well equipped.
Socrates visited soon after our arrival and brought us a meal his mum had made.
Of course the villas being built to the front are new, but they don't spoil the view.
The path down to the beach is as before too, and the beach totally unspoiled, despite the taverna at one end and the hotel at the other. It's so vast most of it remains empty!
We were genuinely delighted to find the whole area has not really changed much in 5 years...just "tidied up" in places, and more holiday homes, but all fitting in with the landscape.
Many people remembered us which was great! (or should we be worried?)
Apart from the first and last day there, which was cloudy and windy, the weather was as hot as I remember from our last visit in August.
The building noise (essential pipe laying) was a nuisance, but no blame to you or the owners at all.
In fact Michael was great to contact you, and we appreciate you phoning, and offering us another villa.
We did look, and liked it, but as you know, we chose Aphrodite villa because we know it, and love where it is.
Charoulla and Socrates drove all the way from Limassol the next day..they were so concerned!
I don't know what Socrates did or said, but there was only further noise for a few hours the next morning, and then it largely stopped.
Please tell Charoulla and Socrates, also Michael, that we really appreciated their help and concern.
Hope to go back soon..

Anyway, thanks again for all,

Kind regards,

Gilly Clarke

Dear Irene,

We have only just got back from Cyprus and our stay in Villa Katerina and I had to write to you immediately. We have just had the best stay in Cyprus for years. The Villa was everything you said and more - the location - perfect, the pool was fantastic - clean and warm and contained 2 children for the majority of each day!! The villa inside was beautiful and Lambros could not have been more hospitable - fresh eggs and peaches - yum!! We enjoyed every minute and thank you so much for helping us with our late booking - the car hire was perfect and you were unbelievably efficient in all the bookings and helping us. We will book the villa for next year and will shortly send you the booking form!!

Thankyou Irene and please pass our thanks to Lambros, Nicole, Mr Michael and the Car Hire company - you were all amazing - our stay was magical - just too short!!!! Thankyou, thankyou.

Kind Regards

Samantha, Graham, Harry and Eliza Tully

Hi Irene

I stayed at the Polis Castle 3 bed villa from 11th June to 18th and just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail to say how much I enjoyed it.

The owners were very helpful and kind, even providing some home cooking one day, and the villa itself was perfect and was very convenient for the cafes and restaurants in the town centre.

Thank you for your assistance with this booking, and I would not hesitate to use your company again.

Alan Rhodes

Dear Irene

Orchard Beach villa was lovely.  It was clean and well equipped and in a lovely location.  The villa, the grounds and the pool are all lovely.

And bigger than your photographs on the website lead you to believe.  We loved every moment. Annura was marvellous. He truly is a gem.  Polite and funny and helpful.

Always happy , always helpful and would advise us about anything we asked.  A lovely man.  We got on well with him and would consider him to be our friend.  It was a pleasure to meet him and know him.  I'd recommend him to be a rep without hesitation. A charming gentle man.

Recommendations :  Akamas peninsula, a beautiful place.    Eating out in

Polis:   All the ones we used were good quality but head and shoulders above the rest is Arsinoe Fish Taverna, in the square opposite the post office.  The best fish restaurant I have been in my life, as a rule Debbie doesn't eat fish but there she made an exception. The owner/manager is the perfect restaurant host. The food was divine.   I

would not hesitate to recommend Arsinoe.

For snacks and brilliant cocktails and some of the best chips in the world, with wonderful friendly Greek Cypriot service with a smile, I would recommend Elena's,  a little way inland from the campsite.  Elena is lovely, and she is over the moon if you try to speak to her in Greek.

A lovely friendly woman in a lovely peaceful spot.  We felt very welcome at her place.

We both had a wonderful time and miss all of it terribly.

If you hear of late deals for July please let me know.  Thank you for keeping in touch.

Dear Irene

Back home now after another wonderful week at Orchard Villas in Polis. Nothing much had changed since my sister and I were there 4 years ago so we managed to get into holiday mode straight away. Again we didn't bother with a car so set off the first morning to find the new big supermarket. Stocked up for the week ahead and rather cheekily asked them if they would deliver. They don't offer that service but after a bit of gentle persuasion we managed to get one of the delivery vans to take us and our goods back to the Villa (can you imagine that happening in reverse at Sainsbury's/Tesco/Waitrose etc.). The weather was perfect so our days, as before, were spent lazing around the pool (doing at least 100 lengths to combat the wine intake) eating delicious lunches outside, shared by the resident cat and numerous ants and lizards, a sundowner or two with crudités and houmous and then off to the village to try out all the numerous restaurants. One story I must tell you is the first night we tried to go back to the one we went to the first night 4 years ago as we had had such a delicious meal there - called Volos. We checked it out only to be told they had shut 2 years previously (although the menu board was still outside). We were so disappointed but after a long conversation of where we should go instead (Mystery was suggested in Latchi) they suddenly said "we will cook for you tonight" and asked what we wanted to eat!! We said just as before, Seabass with salad and french fries all washed down with some local wine. How kind was that - they even laid up the table where we had sat before. The Cypriot people are so kind and helpful and we even went back on our last night.

I would also like to sing the praises of Anura who was our Poolboy. He was such a help in so many ways, nothing was too much trouble even going off on his motorbike to get more baby food for my Grandson Archie who came with us.

Thank you for all your help before we went and all the useful information you sent us. It all went like clockwork and we can’t wait to go back again and make it a regular event.

With very best wishes

Suzie          Chipping Norton

Dear Irene,

We enjoyed our holiday rental. I have unfortunately been quite consumed by my work situation since returning due to reorganisation and cutback plans.

Still, the lovely feelings from our holiday have remained with us. Many times at the start of a workday we would say, "We should just go back to Cyprus."
We check the weather forecast for Cyprus in the newspaper pretty much everyday. Right through to the end of November it was still 22 degrees and sunny!

We enjoyed the Polis area where our rental house was! Certainly a much different feel to the area in comparison to the Coral Beach area. We had a rental car so getting around was easy and I myself would advise it to everyone, especially those not particularly agile (as myself).
And we loved the supermarket in Polis village which was mentioned in your information! We were taken by the owner's kindness who called the local butchshop for us on a Saturday evening at 7 p.m. to check if he was still open and warn him that we were coming to buy meat for a barbecue. Then she drew us a map. Just great!

As a whole, all the information and tips provided by you and via the internet site were most useful.
Making the arrangements to rent the Orchard Bay Villa went quick and easy. You were a great help.

The house itself was clean and had everything we needed. The caretaking was daily and most courteous. We liked the somewhat countryside feel to the property. The pool was lovely and we appreciated that the windows were screened. We felt quite at home almost immediately.

Room for improvement: we would have enjoyed a shady spot to sit in in the afternoon. The back of the house could have provided that spot ... an additional place to sit with views across the neighbours' field right through to their orange orchard.
The front of the house was of course very well kept.

As a whole we have a most positive impression of the Sundance organisation and will certainly check your website when planning a return visit to Cyprus. Hopefully soon!

Wishing you Happy Holidays.

Dear Irene

No problems at the Villa Aurora, it is just as we remembered. Weather was a bit unseasonable, the local shop owner (nice man, don't know his name) said that there has been a lot of wind from Syria(?) this year bringing sand particles and obscuring the sun. I don't know whether this is accurate.

The swimming was very nice! and the villa was peaceful.
We ate in most of the time, but we had a trip to Coral Bay and had a meal at the 'Lucky Genie' bar in Kissonerga which we enjoyed.
Best regards

Hi Irene,

We have had a wonderful week at Villa Aurora it was everything we wanted and more. The enormous fridge was stocked as expected and the villa was meticulously clean.

With regards to restaurants…we ate wonderfully well and in fantastic atmospheres at Imogens Inn at Kathikas, Kanelli Fish Taverna, Pomos and Moustakallis in Polis Square. We cooked our own Kleftiko a couple of evenings too!

The car hire you recommended was also very good and very helpful. We would definitely use Cy-Breeze again. The car we hired coped very well with a trip through Pafos Forest, Cedar Valley and the Troodos area.

Just to sum up, we had a fantastic holiday and we are definitely coming back to Cyprus this year and will definitely use Sundance Villas again and Cy Breeze car hire.

Thank you again.

Dear Irene,

Right after our return from Cyprus, I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with our stay in Rosemarie Villa. Thanks to your hamper we surprisingly found in our fridge after our arrival in Cyprus at midnight , we could have breakfast next to the swimming pool at one o'clock in the morning !!! It was a great start for our holidays.
Nicole phoned us the following morning asking if everything was O.K. She was very kind, but for our "self-made programme" we didn't need her help. Nevertheless it's good to know that in case of need there would have been a person to address to.

In one word we can highly recommend a stay at Rosemarie Villa, as there is easy access to lots of sights in Paphos, Latchi, Akamas Peninsula etc.

We had a wonderful time in Cyprus with excellent memories !

Kindest regards

Dear Irene

We had a really lovely relaxing holiday at Villa Iris.

We had only a couple of very minor problems that Nicole dealt with immediately and very efficiently. She's a treasure!

Villa Iris was perfect for us, clean & tidy and well-equipped with everything we could want. The 'welcome pack' and also the extra linen & towels that we had requested were all there when we arrived.

Also, useful 'extras' like mosquito screens in the bedrooms and a drinking water tap were much appreciated.

We barbecued a lot (we love the Cypriot-style BBQ and even bought one in the UK last year to use at home!) When we did eat out, we went to Sunset Restaurant next to the Bird Park on Lara Road, St George's - which is in a peaceful spot and run by a charming family. And we can recommend Zenta'a bar as one of the quieter bars in Coral Bay for usolder folk.

We will definitely be returning to Villa Iris next year - if not before!

Kind regards

Hi Irene

Wonderful holiday at Villa Athena. Great weather all week and superb pool which stayed at a temperature between 27 and 30 degrees C all week, the 27 was only first thing in the morning and last thing at night, great for swimming even at 11pm.

The Villa was beautiful and just as described although the times to the beaches were I think in Greek time. Corallia beach was indeed 5 minutes away by foot but Coral Bay was around 15 rather than 10, only a small point but thought I would mention it.

Nicole
contacted us by text on our second day there to check all was OK, I asked her if we could have more coat hangers, and if possible a teapot. Both were delivered the next day before we woke up, excellent service. Nicole was very helpful with information, and although we did not go on any of the organised trips, she gave us lots of useful local tips. We met Andreas the owner and the gardener/ pool cleaner, while we were there, again very charming, helpful and very friendly. The welcome pack was again as described and very useful when arriving in the evening.

In a week we tried only three of the local restaurants, O' Solomons pub on the first night because it was nearby. The food was ok but more like pub food at home than Greek. In Coral Bay strip we ate at the Coral King and the Hippopotamus, both were fine and have some useful set menus which keep the cost down, not that we stuck to them we like our Greek food too much. Despite many comments I have read about Cyprus being too English we ate Greek dishes all week and thoroughly enjoyed it. Whilst there we had good reports from others about the Elephant Restaurant and the Neptune, both are supposed to be very good. We had a car for a few days and saw a little more of the Island but the weather was too good to be stuck in a car all the time so we just explored locally.

All in all an excellent holiday with great and friendly service from you Nicole and Andreas, now trying to work out when we can come back next year.

Thanks Again Irene

Dear Irene,

We have just returned from our holiday at Polis Castle. The villa was absolutely perfect, we ended up spending most of our time there just lazing around the pool. The villa was so comfortable and Joy the owner brought us bread over on the Saturday that was delicious, like nothing we've tasted, and brought us another gift on the last day, she made us feel very welcome.

The positioning of the villa was great, with the wonderful 'Old Town Restaurant' very close by which had the best food ever tasted, and the setting of the garden area for eating was perfect, and other great restaurants in the square so close by we were spoilt for choice! We took a walk down to the beach one day and were very surprised at how close by it was.... a very nice 10 - 15 minute stroll. The supermarket just down the road had everything and more that we could've needed so had we not wanted to explore the rest of Cyprus we wouldn't really have needed a car, but with Polis being such a perfect starting point for so many scenic routes we couldn't help but explore.

Thank you again for the booking and we will definitely be recommending to all our friends and family and hopefully visit again soon ourselves.

Kind regards,

Jo and Ben Norwich

Hi Irene,

We had a fabulous holiday thank you and could not recommend the Villa Kingfisher or "Sundance Villas" highly enough. Nicole our Rep. was also really helpful to us. The villa is stunning and in a perfect location, a walk to the bars / restaurants and the Coral Bay beach.

Unfortunately we cannot remember the names of the restaurants we visited, the Italian opposite the Tex-Mex was our favourite though, and also the Japanese is highly recommended.

Thanks once again for a great holiday, we will be keeping an eye out for a villa for next year!

Best Regards

Vicky  Bexleyheath

Dear Irene

We had a really lovely time at Villa Rosemarie and my father in law (aged 91) is telling everyone it was a "wonderful holiday" and said how lovely the villa was.

He even went into the pool as it was beautifully heated. The villa was beyond our expectations and everything was spic and span. The Welcome Pack was very welcome as we had all been up since 4.30 am and had a lovely cup of tea when we arrived. The bedrooms are very spacious and the wet room is ideal for people with mobility problems. The villa has lovely views to sit and look at in the peace and quiet

We would love to go back again next year. Do you offer any discount for 3 person occupancy in May?

Many thanks indeed for a lovely holiday.

Hi Irene,

We had a lovely 2 weeks in Villa Kingfisher. All the facilities were very good. The villa was lovely a bit tricky with a 2 year old with the pool and the lovely marble floors but we knew this would be the case the grassed area was lovely for him to play on though, maybe this could be fenced off in someway. Toys at the villa were a god send,  he was really entertained with these. We forgot DVDs so recommend people take some as Nicole said the owner does not supply as these tend to go missing (we did manage to pick up a few at a local car boot sale!). BBQ and kitchen facilities were great had a few nice nights in and breakfast in most days.
We had some lovely meals we ate at Samisens Japenesea couple of times. Kids loved the experience about 25 euros each for a main course, dessert and drinks so a bit pricy but nice for a special occasion or a one off. We also went to King Solomons a couple of times very nice and family friendly lovely food and breakfast and really good value. We ate at Palm Grove twice which we had heard mixed reviews from other people about but we had really lovely food here and about 20 euros for 2 courses and wine they also gave us a voucher for a free carafe of house wine which we used on our second visit. We had fish and chips at Santa Marina (typical brit tourists!) and they did a lovely english breakfast 3.5 euros including a hot drink or juice, more of a cafe but very good food. We never really had any bad meals wherever we ate and everyone was very friendly.
The kids loved the pool, Coral Bay beach was also very nice. We spent a day at the water park which was a bit pricey but NIcole got the kids who are 13 in for child prices which helped.
Nicole was very helpful and always contactable. The guy who looked after the pool was also very friendly and gave us quite a bit of local info. Car hire with Cy Breeze was a good service, dropped off car early for us the night before expected.
All in all we had a great time apart from our unexpected diversion home but at least we got here!

Many thanks , Janet     Widnes

Hi Irene,

Just to say how much we enjoyed Villa Aurora. It was a fantastic setting with Michalis showing to be such a caring host. We managed to lock ourselves out of the villa before we had even got the cases out of the car (keys, money, etc in bag on table as door shut behind me).
We spent part of night in the car and then contacted Nicole who was so fast in responding and allowing us access to our beautiful villa.
We intend to book up again in the very near future.
Kind regards to yourself and, if you are able to email / speak to Michalis, could you kindly offer our sincerest thanks.

Dear Irene and Nicole,

Now that my parents have settled back home and got used to the rushed and pressured environment compared to Villa Ampelitis where they have been the last ten days, I was able to see some photos and hear how it all was. They came back full of excitement from a place where they felt so relaxed and 'away'. The villa was fabulous; it had everything in it for a completely relaxing getaway. The owners did their best to explain everything and accommodate their guests in their best possible manner. The villa, the pool, the surroundings were all outstanding and something which would be very hard to even compete with anywhere else. They have been all around and this was one of their most relaxing holidays. I can only thank both Irene and Nicole for the very smooth transaction and ultimately a very beautiful relaxing break my parents had.

I don't recall them saying where it can be improved on at all and I hope they left it in good condition with apparently even replacing your old dead flowers for fresh ones!

I hope one day I will have the opportunity to rebook your villa!

Kind regards to both of you and good luck with all your rentals and future customers.

Kind regards,

David Van

Hi Irene

We were extremely well looked after at Villa Galina by the Sri Lankan couple and the villa was nice and clean. Pool was actually too hot on the first day! (April 4th.) But was soon sorted out. Pool heating was worth having I think. Welcome pack was ready and very useful due to late in the day arrival.

Thanks

Jenny and Andrew   York

Hi Irene,

I’m pleased to say that all went well with our holiday, the Villa was very nice and the welcome pack was very welcome especially as due to a 3 hour delay we arrived late and didn't feel like going out.

Villa Galina is quite spacious, in fact you could nearly hold a dance in the lounge area, the beds are quite comfortable and the showers are the best we have ever had in a villa. The kitchen area is quite adequate, but on arrival there was no kettle or toaster, but the good people next door soon rectified that. Talking of next door, the young couple (house managers) are the most hospitable and helpful people you could wish to meet, nothing was too much trouble, they even gave us a large vase of roses and tomatoes to die for. Would you please pass on our comments to the owner, they are a credit to him.

We wanted privacy, peace and quiet and that is exactly what Villa Galina gave us, it is situated just in the right place. The pool and patio area are nice, in fact the sun shines on it all day.

I would definately recommend Villa Galina to friends and family. With regards to places to eat, Lisa's Place at Argaka has always been a favourite of ours, good food and good prices, Finikas in Polis was also very good and very reasonable.

Hope this is of some help for future customers.

Hi Irene

Another great holiday with Sundance Villas and as you mentioned Villa Iris had been renovated over winter I can confirm the owner has done a really good job, it's a lovely villa, and comfortable too. We had great weather for beginning of May, 85 to 90 degrees, and the island is so green at this time, really beautiful. Had a bit of rain when we went up to Troodos which did not bother us. We enjoyed driving around the villages, in particular around Simou. We'll be in touch in 2 or 3 months to go back. We've got our eyes on your Villa Filip up the road

Best regards

Hello again Irene

We had another fantastic holiday at Villa Katerina. Every time we saw Lambros he would ask where we have been, and we would reply "nowhere". We just loved chilling out and relaxing at Villa Katerina. Yet again we could not fault it.  Had some fantastic Indian food at Poppadums, we went early and got 10% off then we came outside and saw your Sundance Villas sign, so we said let's go back and get another discount! (Joke)  We have 2 more tavernas for the Eating Out list, in Avanti Village, on the corner: The Meating Place (Charcoal Grill), Tel. 26 964888. And in the village of  Mandria out near Paphos Airport, Kentpo ikon in Niki’s Square. The owner says she offers "Real Cypriot food". Tel 26 423842 Good meze and very popular. As always Lambros and his family made us feel very welcome….

Thank you…

Volcano holiday at The Cottage April 2010

Hi Irene, We've had a wonderful 2 weeks (3-17/4/10) at The Cottage, Nikokleia.  We really enjoyed ourselves and George, Zoe, Nicholas and Alex all helped us - especially when our flight was postponed by the ash cloud. They were stars and the Cottage is lovely. A perfect holiday.
Many thanks

Volcano holiday at Villa Aurora comm 4 April 2010

Dear Irene

Thanks for your email, it was the most unusual holiday which ended up lasting 24 days!!

Firstly I would like to say that Nicole, Dimitri and Michael from Sundance were absolutely fabulous in helping us whilst we were in Cyprus.  We did phone Dimitri using the number he left us, during a large power cut and he was extremely helpful, ringing around and keeping us informed as to what was happening etc. Nicole was wonderful when the news of the volcano broke and informing us of flight cancellations and advising us to go to the airport. Michael was brilliant during that time as he came and waited at the airport with us whilst we were arranging our flight home. They were all really helpful in trying to negotiate prices etc for our extended stay. Sadly we could not transfer funds around quickly enough in order for us to stay in another villa. I would be very grateful if you could pass on my thanks to Nicole, Dimitri and Michael for all their care and attention during our holiday.

Villa Aurora was beautiful as you know, having been there yourself. Stunning views, amazing gardens and wildlife. I was so disappointed to have to leave when we did as we did not get to see the beautiful roses bloom. We did feel there were a few problems with the villa but they did not ruin our enjoyment in any way. The pool should be cleaned more often as due to its location it does get very dirty.

I feel Villa Aurora is probably better suited to older families as our children fell a number of times on the steps and cut their feet and legs. I think it may also be fairer in your villa information to say that when staying at Aurora you would be better having a large car, preferably a 4 x 4. Each time it rained we were stuck at the villa as our small car could not make it up the very steep incline when it was wet (sadly we had a lot of rain in our first 10 days there!!). I also think that it should be mentioned that the Villa Aurora gets very cold at night at beginning of April (obviously due to being stone built), we actually had to go out to buy some warmer clothes for the children.

Despite all this we did have a great holiday and Michael the owner was lovely.

The service we have received from Sundance has been excellent and I could not think of anything that Sundance could improve on.  I can't praise the Sundance staff enough and we will most definitely be returning to you next year, although not to Aurora.

Thanks again for all your help.

Wishing you a happy and successful 2010.

Kindest regards,

Sara and Simon Rushton    Oxfordshire

Hi Irene,
We're back from The Cottage a few days now and I just wanted to pass on what a lovely time we had. Away from the hubbub of the city, nestled in the hills we found The Cottage a great base for excursions to Kourion, Lemesos, Pahos (of course) etc. and enjoyed The Birthplaceof Aphrodite as our local beach. Very special thanks to Zoe and George who were very friendly and welcoming and provided us with fresh eggs from their own chickens thoughout the stay. Once they saw I was pregnant, they also went to the thoughtful trouble of finding extra cushions and support for my comfort around the pool etc. Lovely people and a really relaxing holiday.
Many thanks,
Sarah (& Jamie)

Hi Irene
We have just arrived home from Villa Athena.
We had such a lovely week. The heated pool was a major success - warm and inviting. The children were in there from the moment they woke to the moment they went to bed! So relaxing for us as they were happy to stay put. I read 2 novels which is unheard of on holiday with 4 children.
The villa was well placed for all our activities and we took up your recommendation of the King Solomon Tavern for meze on our final evening and were not disappointed. Nicole was very helpful and extremely quick to respond to our texts.
We look forward to repeating our visit next year.
Many thanks

Dear Irene

I just wanted to write and say how incredibly impressed I am with the level of villa and service you give in making your holidays such a success... What we are going to do is wait until I can get some holiday, hopefully in that June fortnight and then have a look at your website and hopefully just come for a week wherever we can fit in.

I cannot tell you how disappointed I have been but he a sensible man and I live with him and we have therefore to compromise!!! We will be back as I simply love your villas and your level of human support and communication.

I haven’t given up…..

Yours, with very many thanks indeed, Helle

Dear Irene,

We had a lovely holiday at Villa Athena in February! We were extremely lucky with the weather and the pool was warm enough to use even without wetsuits - 19'C at the start of the week and 22'C by the Friday, so no pictures with wetsuits I'm afraid. Andreas was checking the temperature and said that the pool was 4'C warmer than his neighbour's pool which was uncovered and did not have solar panels to heat it. This differential was probably what made it possible to go in and enjoy it - the kids played in it for hours and on the last night the moon and stars were out and we still couldn't get them out of the water! The villa was lovely, we did not need to use the air conditioning/heating although we did "boost" the hot water using the immersion heater which I think surprised Andreas but it wasn't hot enough to have showers in the evening otherwise, given it wasn't that hot in the villa (about 18'C). The villa itself was lovely, with everything brand new of course.

We were met by Nick of Cy-breeze which was great as he drove to the villa ahead of us so that we were sure of finding the right place in the dark and given the numerous diversions and roadworks on the main road, it was really helpful to have someone to follow. He had organised a GPS for us which was great in that it was in the car on arrival and we left it with the car at the end. The map data wasn't great though, particularly with half the roads being dug up and in the mountains it struggled to work out which road we were on, so it wasn't a lot of help when we needed it, but this wasn't Nick's fault - I think it is quite hard to find a decent map of Cyprus, we couldn't find the equivalent of an OS map.

Anyway, many thanks for making it a great holiday. It was a lovely house and Nicole was really helpful with tips about opening hours of supermarkets (which seemed something of a mystery to us) and she organised a great meal and Birthday cake for my daughter's birthday, which I didn't know how to do, so all in all, we are most grateful and will certainly be back before too long!

Many thanks,

Amanda          Sale, Cheshire

Dear Irene,

The Villa Ampelitis was all that we wanted and a lot more, we had a fantastic week. Nick meeting us at the airport with our car (CY Breeze) took all the stress out of having to find the hire car bus/get to the depot/sort out the hire car and find the villa, we just got in the car and followed him to the villa and sorted the paperwork out there. Nick and Nicole couldn't do enough for us, even to the point that it was my husband's birthday the Saturday after we arrived and they gave him a present - it was so nice of them to do that and it was the last thing my husband expected.

The villa has so much space that there was more than enough room for our party of 6 plus the extra people (5 friends living in Cyprus) we had over for the evening. There is everything you could want in the kitchen, so cooking for 11 people was a breeze. The centre heating and open fire was a god send, as the weather was not very good, as was the in-door heated pool - to be in the heated pool when it was cold and raining outside was great.

My husband and I always have villa holidays as he spends so much time in hotels with his job, staying in hotels are not a holiday for him and we both agree that Villa Ampelitis was up there at the top of our list and we would like to go back in the summer time, just us two and would look at hiring one of the apartments.

It is a great big thank you to Nick and Nicole for letting us use their villa.

Kind Regards

We have had a fantastic week in a wonderful property and were really "living" here - the children mainly in the pool! The fireplace was much enjoyed, appreciated and working very well. Nicole and Nick gave us very useful information and special local info. such as the ceremony at the harbour on 6th of January (Ta Fota) which we attended, and have been very helpful in arranging our online check-in for our flight back to Frankfurt. I had the most tasteful parsley here and the butcher in the village has got fantastic lamb chops. The fantastic hospitality of the Cypriots made our stay a really special one and we got by very well on foot along with the little shopping dictionary in the villa folder. Tips for winter: Visit Coral Bay it’s lovely and quiet in winter months. Bring firewood inside one day in advance in order to dry it).

Thank you very much for a fantastic holiday at Villa Ampelitis.

A wonderful place to start the New Year. We enjoyed the excellent facilities and the spacious feel. The kids loved the swimming pool (and so did we). Nick and Nicole were excellent at communicating with us and in responding to our queries. Their notes about the area were very helpful and informative. We had a great day at the bird park (ideal for young kids) and enjoyed our trips to the harbour in Paphos. Thanks for a great holiday at Villa Ampelitis.

I stayed at Villa Ampelitis end of November/beginning December 2009 in order to take some new photos and video, so I had the opportunity to try out the different temperatures of the pool and the fireplace, and test the villa out for a winter stay. Pool temperature of 26' is easily warm enough for swimming, and 30' is more like a jacuzzi temperature and would be great for young children etc. I often get asked "What is the weather like in Cyprus in winter?" and I had quite a mix, most days were sunny, so we were able to get the shots and video, and we had about 3 days non stop rain in the middle. The terrace by the pool is a suntrap and the sea views are lovely from here. Iparticularlyenjoyed swimming in the warm pool whilst watching the sun turn red and set into the sea. I have stayed in many properties in Cyprus in winter over the years, and being accustomed to central heating (warm bathrooms etc) in UK, this was the cosiest. A fantastic stay.

Dear Mrs Hare,

Just a little note to say thank you for a lovely villa Polis Castle and to say how much we all enjoyed ourselves, we did a lot and had some lovely meals out at different restaurants. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Dimitris and Zoe were so nice and gave us directions to things to see. We did manage to get lost a couple of times but it was all part of the holiday. We hope one day to go back again, it was such a treat to stay in Polis itself.

On behalf of my family and my husband and me, thank you for a lovely memorably holiday.

With kind regards,

Phyl and Keith Hall

Hi Irene

We have just had the most fantastic time at Villa Filip. It was home from
home, we wanted for nothing. Usually we have to buy bin bags, loo rolls,
cleaning products etc. but it was all provided & plenty of bath towels. The
villa is just perfect we loved it!! We want to return next year but as usual
it is a nightmare with Mels hols!! I can only arrange it when he gets back
to the UK in January. The villa is in a fantastic position. Philip is a
great character & very welcoming.
The Sunset restaurant, (20 mins walk) is good value & very nice food, also Anesti restaurant, (15 mins walk) on the main road left out of the villa is excellent.
Villa Filip has spoiled us now as it was so comfortable.

Fantastic hol, thanks Irene for arranging everything & thanks to Nicole. I
will be in touch next year. Can you keep Villa Filip secret so it is always
available for us ha ha!

Dear Irene,

Sorry it has taken a little while to respond, but I have been away on business for the last two weeks and Linda leaves this kind of thing to me.

Anyway, enough of the excuses. There are though no excuses required in regard to our holiday with you in Cyprus. Our stay with your Company was in two words, "sheer perfection". The villa Kingfisher was wonderful and the two little problems we had, (the blinds and kettle) were put right by the owner straight away. Both he and your representative were polite, helpful and understanding, especially on the night we went out and miss-set the alarm.

There is no doubt we will come and stay with you again, if you let us and we will certainly recommend you to our friends.

Once again thanks for all you help. We will be in touch soon as myself and Linda are looking to come over again in March

Cheers

Jim B Lowestoft

Hi Irene

The Villa was quaint and well equipped for our family's needs, everything we needed in a villa was there. The pool was certainly fantastic and we made daily use of even in the rain!

We had a lovely break and the owner was great and attentive especially during one of the many thunder storms when we had a power cut. The Rep was also very helpful.

All in all we had a great time and Nick from Cy-Breeze was as helpful as he was 4 years ago.... He is certainly a recommendation in himself.

We wouldn't hesitate in recommending you, Sundance Villas and Cy-Breeze Car Hire Co. to anyone who is thinking of going to Cyprus. If/when we return we wouldn't go through anyone else.

Thank you

With kind regards

Hi Irene,

We had a truly fabulous week at Villa Galina. Once we had found it for the first time (it was a bit tricky) we were delighted with the accommodation.

The pool, accessed from the kitchen, with everything we needed.

All in all it was exactly what it said on the brochure.  We would love to do it again.

Kind regards

Dear Irene

Sorry for not contacting you before this - I had every intention of doing so on our return but you know what it's like, you're straight back into work and time just goes!

We had a lovely time at the Villa Hermes. As you know, we wanted a very quiet holiday away from it all and that's exactly what we had (without it being too remote). The villa, both in its location and its facilities, we thought was excellent and we couldn't fault it. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wanted a bit of peace and quiet.

We didn't make contact with the rep and I'm not sure whether we were meant to but as we usually travel independently anyway, it didn't particularly worry us. The advice about getting maps from the Cyprus tourist office before we left this country was really useful. The weather wasn't particularly good (warm but lots of thunderstorms) so we did quite a bit of driving.

Thanks for all your help. Should we return to Cyprus for a holiday in the future we wouldn't hesitate to use you again.

Kind regards

Hi Irene

Thank you, we had a wonderful time at Villa Ampelitis in October. It is a beautiful home and the toys, dvd's and other equipment for children was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. 3 tips for places to see: Eleouthkia Park, Pissouri Beach and just head to coast if weather at villa is not that good.

We won't hesitate to recommend you to others.
Thank you again

Hello Irene

We thought that the Villa Geofos in Lefkada was absolutely wonderful, what an amazing property!!! We felt very decadent with so much space to ourselves. Regrettably we were hit with half of the week being bad weather (as per Southern Europe generally) so we were villa bound for about three days. We really wanted solitude and no pressure so we didn’t get a hire car but walked locally on the days when the weather made that viable. The staff were great and they drove us down to the town on the first day where we stocked up on a weeks worth of food and wine. My boyfriend and I both love cooking so we prepared great healthy meals and enjoyed time together talking, reading and listening to music.

The birds and butterflies that we saw around the villa were beautiful and we did hear the owl but unfortunately didn’t see it! We walked the 30-35 minutes down to the taverna a couple of times as well and they were lovely to us.

The villa really was great and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Thanks

Hello Nicole

Sorry for the delay but once you get back to work time passes so quickly.

We would like to thank you for a most enjoyable holiday based at Villa Ampelitis in Cyprus.

It’s difficult to imagine what to expect when you are looking at photos in a brochure or online but I can say your house lives up to the impression you get from them.

The space is by far one of the best features and the quality of the furnishings does make you feel almost at home.

For us the pool was a big attraction and we certainly made good use of it, as you saw Adam is a very energetic young boy but being fully dependant on a wheelchair, it’s sometimes difficult to allow him to do the things we all take for granted.

For me the climate was just about right and during evenings we loved to sit out, enjoy our meal and drink our wine with beautiful views.

We would highly recommend your house to anyone looking for good quality, peace and tranquility, excellent views and a pool to die for.

Best Regards

Hi Irene,
Just a short note to say that we enjoyed the
Villa Katerina very much, and with no problems at all! We will be back next year.

Hi Irene

We had a great time at
Villa Irida. It was very spacious and extremely clean. The views out to sea were lovely. The villa is well placed for Coral bay, for the bars and restaurants there, only a few minutes drive. Nicole recommended 'Poppadums' Indian restaurant to us and we went twice. The food here was perfect.

It was really great to find a Company offering the facility to book 10 or 11 days etc instead of having to go for 1 or 2 weeks. We would definitely use Sundance Villas again!
Many thanks

Ref Villa Jardim, Sept 2009.

We have just returned from 10 days in Cyprus in the Villa Jardim. It was like home from home in the sun!! The villa had everything to make your holiday brilliant, situated in a very quiet spot but yet close to the Coral Bay Strip. The pool and BBQ were excellent, Nicole our Rep was very helpful, there if you needed her, but kept in the background. The owner also came to the villa and was most helpful. From the booking process to the holiday everything was excellent, and I would certainly recommend Sundance villas.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK From the Scott and Palmer families. Oldham

We visited Ampelitis Inn in August 2009 and had a fantastic holiday. We have a 15 year old daughter who has Cerebral palsy and is spastic quadriplegic, so lifting, handling, toileting and showering have always presented a problem for us on holiday. I can honestly say this time was very different, we had a choice of wet rooms with a shower/toilet seat that was on wheels, all the doors were wide enough and all the rooms thoughtfully laid out and spacious, added to this the indoor pool was the perfect temperature with the ceiling hoist which enabled us to get Nadine in and out of the pool without breaking our backs. She was a different child on this holiday. Everywhere on the ground floor was level access, so again no problems with the wheelchair.

The only disappointing thing was that due to past experiences we only took the manual chair but we could have taken the electric as there was plenty of room to manoeuvre, we would have also taken the manual chair for visits into Pafos etc. and next time this is what we will do. (We have already re booked.) If anyone would like to ask me any questions I will be happy for Irene to pass on my details and you can either ring me or email me

Good Evening Irene,

I would like to thank you / Sundance Villas for a wonderfully selected Villa. My Family & I sincerely enjoyed our stay at Villa Irida, Peyia, Coral Bay.The weather was fab and I can't believe how warm the sea was! We had some lovely excursions to local markets, Polis, Latchi and other surrounding areas. The coast line is gorgeous. Cyprus is definitely a place we shall visit again.
Kind regards,

Piers Hammond   Chartham

Dear Irene

Just a quick note to let you know we have returned from possibly the best holiday we have had for ages. It started with the easiest booking and payment system, all from my computer desk and re-assurance over the phone that all was booked ok. We travelled with an 8 yr old disabled boy (Myles) who was wheelchair bound and found the Cypriot people to be very helpful fro the airport to the beach, putting the British people to shame!! We did have a two storey Villa but were able to carry Myles up the stairs. The villa could not have been better, beautiful interior and fantastic pool. The people in the Coral Beach Resort Hotel were very accommodating and let us have easy wheelchair access to the beach through their hotel. As we had a late return flight we booked a room here at a bargain half price rate of just €67. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the Rep Nicole were so lovely and helpful, would definitely recommend 'Sundance Villas'.

Dawn Leonard   Ashford

Note from Irene. Dawn booked her room with a Cypriot lady with red curly hair who carries authority to give discounts like this, so if you go there for a room for the last day, look out for her.

Dear Irene,

This is to let you know that we had a fantastic time in Cyprus and the villa was exactly what we were looking for, and the children loved it. It was lovely and spacious and close to all the amenities.

We met Paul who was very helpful and friendly and Nicole also giving us great help and advice.

Kind regards

Mark Carter    Plymouth

Dear Irene

What can I say about our holiday, it was amazing. The Villa Hermes was really lovely, the pool was just right for our family and as the advert said the sunsets were truly amazing and just the thing to sit and wonder at in the evenings - I didn’t want to come home. The villa was quiet, private and away from the noise of modern living. There was plenty to see and do within easy driving distance but it was lovely to just chill at the pool side and unwind from a year working hard. We did not realise that the lovely lady that came and cleaned the pool most mornings was in fact the villa owner, but she was really nice and we had no problems at all with the villa, and the garden was very well cared for and in no way blocked the view of the sea from the pool and patio area.

The video did not do the villa justice and we would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone, but would prefer not to as I want to go back again next year! Also, we had 2 lovely meals at the restaurant at the bottom of the road by the turning, and the food, service and price were all very good and again well worth recommending we thought, Santa Barbara, it is under new management.

Again thank you for the wonderful villa, and also for the wine you went via the rep - much appreciated, and very enjoyable by the pool!!!

Kind regards

Hillary Warby   Wisbech St. Mary

Hi Irene

Just to let you know we have had, once again, a wonderful holiday at villa Lauren Beach. The weather perfect and some wonderful restaurants to eat in.

We ate at some very good restaurants, Linda at Poppadoms was the perfect hostess the food exquisite and not rushed, we ate there twice as it was so good and highly recommend it. Also Raffles on the Tomb of the Kings Road, good food and a vast menu, all of what we had delicious and freshly cooked, the owner and his brother like to tease the customers and the banter very good. Another good restaurant was the Tao Fusion, a Chinese restaurant up in Kato Pafo, near to the bars, it was exceptionally good food, I don't think a Chinese meal here (or Indian) will ever be the same, the whole experience of eating there was good and the owner very generous with his coffees and liqueurs! We found Angelika just up the road from us a very good place for lunch, it always seems empty but they are very welcoming and the halloumi and bacon pittas are just mouth-watering. Again the owner shared his birthday cake with us which was lovely, so well worth a visit for lunch.

We also had a day cruise on the Wavedancer 1, it wasn't too busy and felt very relaxed just laying listening to the two Greek guitarists, who were very good and the food again good and definitely not over-priced and very good portions. A really pleasant day and we were fortunate enough to see a couple of dolphins, so very exciting.

We also visited the usual monuments and touristy bits which we always enjoy, but for me particularly it was the Bird and Animal Park, what a wonderful day we had there, the whole place is kept immaculate with plenty of shade for the animals and us. We also had lunch there and again couldn't fault the food or the prices, very good.

Again thank you, we had a wonderful holiday and will readily recommend Sundance Villas for a totally brilliant experience and your professionalism.

With regards

Margaret & Alan Cheeseman

Hi Irene and Neo,

Mr. Lehmann from Germany stayed in Villa Irida last week left the Testimonial below which I have translated. He said he had a very nice and relaxing holiday. He said it would be good if past clients would leave leaflets or business cards of places they visited in villa if they were good. He said however that he got all this good info from Irene already. He said he would recommend to everybody to visit Troodos Mountains and Caledonian Falls, Nikosia has been interested and the combination of Kourion plus the beach down there is really good. Further on he wanted to recommend "Wisdom" Restaurant which is next to Cy-Breeze office at Azia Hotel where they had a good Meze and most probably the best food they enjoyed at the new restaurant "Paliomonastiro". He said the owner still has a lot of energy and likes to work. Best prices though they found at Peyia tavern. Maria was a nice, friendly and pleasant owner and they will definitely visit Cyprus again.

Hallo Frau Rohling,

Hi Irene

As you know we just got back today and we are all missing the Villa Irida.

We had an incredible time and the website photos did not do the place any justice. Words cannot describe how much we loved the place.

My family and I will definitely be going on another Sundance Villa holiday, next year. And I have passed the word around in my office so hopefully you'll get a request soon.

Nicole the Rep is fantastic and on the ball. We couldn't have asked for better assistance. Pls pass on our sincere gratitude and warm thanks for all the help she gave us.

Stevie’s taxi's got rave reviews from us too, they were incredibly patient and kind. Pls pass on our thanks.

And lastly, pls pass on our gratitude and sincere best wishes to Maria the owner and her family. They are such beautiful, warm and helpful people. We will miss them.

Thanks again for all you and Nicole did as we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Kind regards

Jo Omoya,  London

Hello Irene

We have just returned from our holiday in the Villa Jardim and just wanted to say what a great holiday we had. The villa is very private and in an excellent location, the photos don't do it justice. Nicole and the villa owner were very helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Many thanks

kind regards

Tracy and Mark Davis, Middlesbrough

Irene,

Just a quick note of thanks for the great holiday we had at the Villa Adonis. The villa was everything you said, which cannot always be said of other companies these days, and the views and proximity to the sea was first class. Also please pass on our thanks again to the charming Afru who provided us with more fresh fruit than we could ever eat and also Dimitri who was more than willing to assist over any matter….not that we needed him at all. We certainly would go back to Argaka in a heartbeat and especially enjoyed the hospitality and friendship of Liza (local taverna Liza’s Place) and her father in the evenings.

Once again our thanks for a great holiday in a lovely part of the world….Kathi tells me we will no doubt be speaking soon about our next holiday!!!!

Kind regards,

Chris Ivett, Wimborne

Hi Irene
What a fantastic place,  clean, friendly and a total chill,
Vineyard Grove was just what I and Alida needed. Thank you for the recommendation, you were spot on. Ionnas at one of the local Tavernas was a total diamond, every one we met was friendly and so helpful. As Arnold said in the terminator “I‘LL BE BACK!”
Thanks to you and your team

Hi Irene,

Have now returned from our stay at Vineyard Breeze in Kathikas and just wanted to let you know that we had a great time there. The villa was everything we expected and the car hire was managed very well by George, particularly when we discovered the child's car seat was too small. He immediately took us to his office where he changed it for a larger one. He also replaced a parasol which was damaged in the storms we had when we first arrived and had the dishwasher repaired when the catch didn't work.

The pool man John was excellent and was able to give us the benefit of his local knowledge which was very helpful. We loved the village and had some very tasty meals in Imogen’s and the Farmyard Tavern.

We also enjoyed the walk to the Sterna Winery and the wine-tasting there. Very nice people.

The villa was lovely and clean and suited us very well - many thanks to you and George.

Regards,

Sandy Jamieson, St. Austell. May 2009

Dear Irene

Just a short note to thank you for our recent holiday at Orchard Villas. We enjoyed our visit and everything was as good as we expected. The information pack proved very useful. The position of the villa was ideal, allowing us to walk or drive to all the places we wanted to go. We'll be back!

Regards

Dear Irene,

We had a lovely holiday the villa Filip was perfect, Nicole and Filip are very nice and helpful people. We did manage to lock ourselves out and Filip was with us within 5 minutes. We would definitely go back maybe towards the end of the year, so I will be in contact with you again.

Again thank you

Susan Barrett, Anfield

Dear Irene

Just wanted to write and let you know that we had the most fabulous time whilst in the Orchard Villas in Polis. Thank you so much for changing the villa at the last moment. Having driven into Latchi we decided that Polis was a much nicer place to be. We loved the fact that it was only a 10 minute walk into town.

The villa was great with all that we needed and the weather was beautiful that it was a perfect holiday.

I think that the whole area surrounding Polis is beautiful and would recommend it to all. People were friendly and the food fantastic.

Thanks again,

Fiona Brianese, Ruislip

Hi Irene

Just to thank you for your good advice in helping us choose the villa Orchard Beach. You were right that the location was just perfect for what we needed (particularly as neither house on either side of us was occupied!). Waking up to the sound of the sea and birdsong was wonderfully peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed just lazing around the pool. Luckily the sun shone after the first couple of days and stayed really hot until we left..

Best wishes

Helen Whitten, London

Hello Irene,

It has been nearly three weeks since Jen and I were on Cyprus at Orchard Villas. We had a wonderful time, in fact the best holiday we have had together for many years. We just crashed at the villa and walked everywhere which was so beautiful with the orange blossom and jasmine blossom just about making us drunk with its scent, the welcoming friendly folk at Moustakallis took us under their wing and fed us well.

There is much more to tell obviously but you get the idea! Thanks for your indispensible advice in choosing such a lovely place as Polis away from the throngs of Paphos and for the great villa. Our pool boy Anura was great, very helpful and delight to chat with.
All in all a perfect time....I am still cooking up Greek food here in the UK and Jen is back in the USA doing the same thing! Thanks again Irene and we will be back for another holiday with you some time in the not too distant future.
Warmest Wishes,

Neil Harley, Vermont, USA

Dear Irene

Subject: Re: Sundance Villas Newsletter - March 2009

I just wanted to thank you for the continued e-mails of the wonderful villas you have. Your web site must be THE BEST in the world. You tell us everything we would ever want to know to have a great holiday. I keep wishing you did other countries because I have never found anything that comes near it. As yet we have not booked with you but that is only because we like to go somewhere different each time, the world is a large place, and our first holiday was on Cyprus, 1 week near Limassol followed by a week in the Troodos mountains - truly wonderful holiday. Nevertheless I am determined to go back there in October 2010 and will be able to at last use one of your villas.

Thanks again and keep us in the loop!

Best regards

Margaret Silsby

Dear Irene

I am really pleased with how promptly you dealt with my enquiry and as a result was able to get my flights all booked before my husband came home. We are both really happy that we have made a decision and are really looking forward to our break...

Thanks again

Dear Irene

Just wanted to say thank you for all your help - everything went very smoothly and the food hamper and wheelchair were much appreciated.

We enjoyed the Villa Kingfisher - it was very comfortable and conveniently located for the restaurants and shops in Coral Bay and ideal for a winter break when the temperatures were less predictable. We managed to fit a lot into our week - travelling to Nicosia and through the green line, as well as seeing all the wonderful snow in the mountains, not to mention all the historical and archaeological sites. It would have been nice if it had been a bit warmer to enable us to sit out more on the patio, but we managed to avoid most of the rain and enjoyed the winter sun - far better than the snow and ice we left at home.

Thanks again for your assistance - be happy to recommend both the villa and your company to others.

Susan Laycock      Rawcliffe, YORK

Dear Irene,

Villa Ampelitis was just the thing we wanted, well out the way of the tourist areas but also only a short drive to Paphos. We were very spoilt with the in-door pool, especially this time of the year (March). I can only imagine what it must be like mid summer with all the doors open, with that spectacular view.

Nick greeted us at the airport where upon he gave us our car for the few days (CY Breeze). We followed him to the Villa, it couldn't have been easier, and he could not have been any more helpful. He even asked if we needed anything from the shops!

I was pleasantly surprised when the small shop down the road took chip and pin, something even major countries haven't yet grasped. I would highly recommend the Statos Agios winery for lunch one day, in fact I was so impressed with the wine I had to pay a hefty sum at the airport for my over-weight baggage!!

Thank you for such an easy, stress free holiday,

Kindest Regards

Ben Paddick

Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

Dear Irene,

Thank you very much for sorting out with the directions with me, a week last Saturday.  It turned out my mother in law had them in her bag!

Villa Kingfisher was fabulous! We have been going on villa holidays for the last 12 years to all over Europe. Villa Kingfisher is by far the best we have ever had. 5 star luxury and a great position.

Once again my sincere thanks, Sundance Villas is a holiday company that does exactly what it says in the advert – very rare.

Regards,

Colin Whittingham,   Loughborough

Hi Irene,

Just dropping you a line after returning from Orchard Beach Villas in Polis to let you know what a wonderfully relaxing holiday we experienced. From the moment we landed at the airport to be greeted by the taxi driver from cy-breeze, to our return journey, we were overwhelmed by the friendliness of everyone we met. The villa itself was excellent with a well appointed kitchen, comfy sofas and beds, excellent swimming pool and garden area, and Oh did we utilise the water cooler! Both Sanjay and his brother were excellent caretakers of the property, and Dimitris proved to be helpful and efficient.

We enjoyed some lovely evening moonlight strolls into Polis centre, but would advise anyone to take a torch with them, as the lanes are very dark without the moonlight. The restaurants we sampled in Polis were all very good and we particularly enjoyed visits to Moustakallis, Finikas, Chix Chox and the excellent home cooking at nearby Karouzis. A perfect end to our day was to walk up the road into Polis at around 07:30 and stop off at Elenas Snack bar (first on the left) to have an aperitif, and watch the sunset. Again, Elena was an excellent hostess, trying to teach us a little more of the Greek language with every visit.

During our stay, we hired a car for 3 days and visited Latchi, Aphrodite's Baths, Pomos, Coral Bay and had an exhilarating drive up into the mountains, where we enjoyed stunning views and a visit to the monastery.

This was our fourth visit to Cyprus, and second to the Pomos/Polis area, and we will certainly be returning again. Thanks for all of your help and advice, we will be recommending you to all of our friends and family and look forward to booking with you again in the future.

Best Regards,

Mike & Jenny Kimmings,   Acklam, Middlesbrough

Dear Irene,

Sorry it has taken us a while to respond, but just to let you know we had a fantastic time at
Villa Alexandros. It was the perfect place to just relax and unwind for a week. The villa and its surroundings were perfect and we became quite fond of the resident donkey. We spent most days just lying by the lovely pool and enjoying the peace and quiet and then we would pop into one of the nearby villages for a lovely Cypriot meal in the evenings. When we came home we felt as if we had been away for a month because we were so relaxed. It is the ideal place to recharge your batteries. Also, thank you very much for your help with the flights, car hire, directions, etc. It just took all the stress out of booking a holiday. We will be in touch as soon as we are ready to book our next holiday.

Thanks again,

Kind regards,

Karen and Jonathan Jones, St. Ives

Hi Irene,

Just thought we would send you comments on how our holiday went in Peristerona!

Well where we begin!  This was our first encounter with Cyprus, and we have to say it was a delight!  Your information and directions were spot on, Villa Maria was absolutely fantastic and its location could not have been better!

Shortly after arriving and un-packing, we were greeted by Stelios, who explained a few things to us especially the air-con, which we were truly grateful for a good night's sleep!

Polis and the surrounding area were absolutely fantastic!  We had a few days out from the villa.  We managed to get to Kato Pyrgos and see the Cyprus equivalent of the Berlin Wall and we have to say that some of the mountain roads are a bit scary but the views most certainly compensate for this!!  We also managed to get to the Troodos mountains and Mount Olympus which we were a little disappointed due to the military installation there, but again the views from the top are simply breathtaking and a welcome break from the searing heat in valley below!

We also visited quite a few restaurants in and around Polis.  Baths of Aphrodite – absolutely fantastic – a really warm welcome from Dinos!

We also tried Finikas restaurant in Polis one night, which was very good, however our favourite restaurant was Moustakallis!   What can we say!  EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT!, EXCELLENT!!!!!!! 100% first rate – service, friendliness and food!!!!  We could not believe after returning to the restaurant at least 4 days later they still remembered us - Andreas especially who made a point of coming over to our table and shaking hands with all of us!  We returned to Moustakallis on our last evening (Monday 21st) as the girls said they had enjoyed it so much they wanted to spend our last night there.   Again Andreas came to our table and welcomed us again, and as the night drew on he sent a free bottle of wine together with 3 ouzo’s and a brandy to our table!  As we settled our bill, and said our farewells to Andreas and his staff, he produced a further bottle of wine for us to bring back to UK!!!!  Now where oh where would you get service like that in the UK??????

We have had the most fantastic holiday and would certainly return again…

Well, sorry Irene that this seems to be a very long e-mail, but we so wanted to let you know how our holiday went and what we thought of the villa and Cyprus itself!  One simple word - FANTASTIC!!!!!  In the past we have had villas in Portugal, Spain and Florida which have been really good, but by far this has to be the best!!!

Many thanks Irene for your initial help in choosing our holiday, and we hope that next year you can do the same again!!!!

Our best wishes,

Paul, Elaine, Ella and Grace Carpenter,   Hucknall

Hi Irene,

We had an excellent time the Villa Kingfisher was beautiful and the location was perfect, will definitely be recommending it to our friends.  Would love to return next year so will start saving our pennies!!

Regards,

Sarah Hudson,    Sheffield

Dear Irene,

We have just returned from Cyprus and staying in Villa Jardim and have to say we all had a fantastic 2 weeks. The Villa was everything we could have wanted and the location was perfect. We like our privacy and this Villa gave you it, even though it is so close to the main Coral Bay strip, which is great if you don't want to hire a car.

Nicole was lovely and very helpful. She was there if you needed her but also left you alone to enjoy your holiday.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Jardim to anyone and would definitely stay there in the future, it had all the modern comforts you could need to enjoy a fabulous holiday.

Kind regards,

Trev & Carole Brownley Mansfield,   Notts.

Hi Irene,

Just some feedback on our holiday to Villa Katerina, we had a wonderful time, the weather, food, people and the villa.

My son especially enjoyed the time he spent playing with the villa owners son who was so very hospitable and kind.

It was a very relaxing holiday.

I must say I would recommend car hire though as we found it quite difficult in the heat travelling by bus.

Anyone that goes must visit Coral Bay it is spectacular.

Thanks also to Nicole for her help.

Many thanks,

Lisa Cain,  Newhaven

Dear Irene,

Villa Yvonne was lovely, a home from home for 2 weeks, and for the first time ever, we did not want to come home. Owner Yvonne is a very sweet lady who made us feel welcome. The taxi was on time even though Monarch switched our planes, everything went really well. We tried the local supermarket and bakery, both were good too, but we ate out quite a lot…

Florence and James Sarel,

Hedon

Dear Irene,

Sorry only just sending this to you, but wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had on our stay in Cyprus and at Villa Yvonne. Every thing was just what we wanted comfortable, clean and the pool was good for cooling down in. We loved the area and the people who we meet were all so friendly. We meet Yvonne and her husband (Yvonne invited us for a drink with her at their hotel in Paphos). They are lovely people. We enjoyed exploring and found some nice places to visit.

We found a nice place to have lunched SOLI-AEPIA near the market in Paphos also for an excellent meal (lunched or evening) we would recommend THE CAPTAINS VIEW over looking the harbour in Paphos. Both of these places had excellent food and very good staff.

Our Rep Nicole was a very nice and helpful person who we meet on the Tuesday and Nicole organized our hire car for us. We thank her for every thing.

I would like to say thank you to you and your team for helping us have a wonderful holiday.

We will certainly be contacting you again,

Regards,

Janet Dyer,

Dear Irene,

We had a very enjoyable holiday at the Villa Aurora. It was much bigger than expected, and I can honestly say, that all the ingredients for a relaxing and successful holiday are present at the Villa. The weather was perfect, with cloudless skies and the pool temperature just right.

We met Mikalis and his wife, and Stephanos their son, who were very welcoming and friendly, also Dimitri your Representative, a real Gentleman.

The views are spectacular - long may they remain so!  Thank you for helping to make our holiday a success, we look forward to returning.

Best regards,

David, Marina and Christopher,   Great Barton

Dear Irene,

We arrived home 2 days ago from Villa Aphrodite and missing the Cyprus weather and early morning swims in the sea. This is our 5th year in Paphos area and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Many Thanks and Kind Regards,

Julie and Family,  Kent

Hi Irene,

Returned from holiday on Sunday. Had a very relaxing time at Villa Adonis, thank you. The Villa was excellent.

Thanks again.

Regards,

Richard and family, Wantage

Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful stay we had at Villa Adonis. The property was really lovely, very clean and bright. Just as good was the location - it was peaceful and quiet, and at night we went to sleep to the sound of the sea breaking on the beach. The orange and lemon trees surrounding the villa were full of fruit that the children loved.

Pool was wonderful, and the children had an absolutely brilliant time in it for the whole week, as the weather was so good.

Thanks again,

Sean Carlin,   Essex

Dear Irene,

Wow! Just back after staying at Villa Hermes. It was superb, a lovely relaxing time was had by all. Lisa’s Place Taverna, (as recommended by you) was so good, they could not do enough for us. They even arranged a lovely birthday cake for my daughter.

Back to the villa, I would recommend it to anyone, I could not fault it. Sundance Villas arrangements went like clockwork, so pleased.  A colleague has asked for link to your site. Very happy to recommend this most excellent villa and company. Thanks Irene once again.

Already looking for next year.

David Freer

Hi Irene,

Just to let you know that we had a really nice time at Villa Hermes.  The kids really loved the swimming pool … we would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing for a quiet relaxing holiday.  The uninterrupted sea views were breath taking.  It's the best villa that we've stayed in with regards to views and we've stayed in quite a few!

Regards,

Colin Hyde,  Wickford

Hi Irene,

We have just returned from our holiday in Cyprus and wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time at
Katerina Villa/Cottage in Geroskipou.  The accommodation was just as described.  The new BBQ from which we enjoyed several meals was a huge success.  The owner Lambros was very friendly and helpful.  The freshly laid eggs which Lambros allowed us to collect were very tasty as were the fresh lemons we were able to pick from his trees.  The pool was just perfect and used frequently.

Best wishes,

Hazel Westwood, Taunton

Dear Irene,

We must say how much we enjoyed our stay at Katerina Villa.  It was everything we expected and more.  The swimming pool was great.  Lambros the owner, treated us very well, giving us free rein to pick oranges, cucumbers, lemons etc., from his small holding as well as letting us collect eggs from the chicken coop.

Also the three days we spent at the Axiothea Hotel were very enjoyable.  Yvonne and her husband made us very welcome.  The view over Paphos is stunning and the sunsets beautiful. For a traditional meal visit Kiniras Traditional Hotel - Restaurant at 91, Makarios Ave, near the Hotel.  We promise you will not be disappointed both in quality and quantity.

We are very pleased we found your website.

Best Wishes,

Daphne & Ken Sutherland,   Eltham

Dear Irene,

Just wanted to write and let you know what a wonderful holiday we all had at Villa Ge Sephi.  It lived up to our expectations and more!

The accommodation was very clean and tidy and the owner, Costas, was very helpful.

We visited the Water Park, on your recommendation, and received discounted tickets from Nicole which was great.  We would highly recommend the park to anyone who has children, there is plenty to keep everyone happy and the park itself is a good size.

Thank you very much for all your help with our booking and the information you provided, we would not hesitate in recommending you.

Best Wishes,

Carolyn Carpenter        Eastleigh, Hants

Dear Irene,

Many thanks for your e-mail. Yes, we did enjoy our holiday very much in Cyprus although it was “very hot” which we did not expect for June!

Regarding Villa Aphrodite, we were absolutely delighted with the location especially as we like to swim in the sea every day...we would like to say that Dimitri, Anu (the pool man) and the cleaners were extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

In conclusion, we had a great time and look forward to returning to Cyprus on some other future occasion.

With Kind Regards,

Aidan & Lesley Nugent,   Old Portsmouth

Irene,

We are now unfortunately back in the UK after a wonderful week at Villa Filip. The villa and service from Sundance Villas has far exceeded expectations and we would like to thank you, Nicole and Filip for making us so welcome. A week was just not long enough but we managed to relax in total peace and what a joy it was not to have others to consider when using a pool and finding somewhere to chill out for the day, hotels will no longer be an option!

We worked our way through some of the restaurant recommendations and would like to mention that at Viklari Taverna you must book to get a table overlooking the gorge and on the day we visited there was no choice of menu, only barbeque meat with salad and it didn't seem it would be different at any other time. Perhaps it should be mentioned that the journey there is on unmade roads but is well worth the effort.

Your fact sheet and advice were extremely helpful and we would have missed some of the highlights of our holiday if you and previous clients had not taken the trouble to share their experiences.

We will definitely be using Sundance Villas again now that we have found you.

Best Regards,

Jill Ward,   Brentwood

Dear Irene,

We returned from the villa last week and I just wanted to let you know that we had an amazing time.

The villa was wonderful. The location was tranquil and stunning and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to anybody who requires a restful holiday.

We enjoyed the sights and hospitality of Cyprus and we are hoping to return in the future when we will certainly try to book Aphrodite again.

Thanks and regards,

Nicola Durand

Hi Irene,

Well we are back and had a lovely peaceful time.  The views were wonderful, the weather glorious and the pool refreshing in the heat - just as you promised!!

The villa interior has obviously been upgraded since your photos were taken and the new furniture downstairs was very comfortable.

Oh and thank you for the bottle of champagne - a lovely thought!

Ann Burroughs,   Hampstead

Hi Irene,

Just a note to say thanks to yourself, Nicole and Andreas for a wonderful chill out week last week.

Lauren Beach's location is wonderful, private enough to feel away from people when you want to be, yet a 2 minute walk to some lovely restaurants and bars, and with many more within a romantic 10 minute stroll along the promenade.

Andreas and Nicole were very friendly and helpful. We felt help was there if required, and equally that we would be left alone unless we wanted them. Andreas and his wife are obviously very proud of their villa, and so they should be.

Once again, thanks.

Regards,

Dear Irene,

We have just returned from our week in Cyprus and before we get back to work I wanted to provide some feedback, as requested.

You might like to use the following for a review of Polis Castle:

Polis Castle is a very spacious and comfortable house in an excellent position in Polis.  This central, yet quiet and private location is just a five minute walk from restaurants, shops, supermarkets, tourist information and other amenities.  Polis has the feel of a village rather than a town and we felt very at home and safe here.  We were very pleased that we opted for Polis…..  The owners of Polis Castle, Dimitri and Zoe, were extremely helpful and friendly, without being in any way intrusive, and were extremely polite and considerate in answering our questions.

Dear Irene,

Thought I'd put a few lines of feedback down about our holiday whilst it is still fresh in our minds. It was our first ever visit to Cyprus; we did not know what to expect and so our feedback is not based on any previous preconceptions.

Firstly, let me say we all had a brilliant time, and enjoyed it very much. We met Nicole and she was very helpful and gave us a great welcome.

Villa Jardim was excellent and even better than the website photos lead you to believe. It was clean, modern and well looked after. The pool area was very cosy and secluded and a real sun trap from mid morning to mid-late afternoon.

It was excellent for the Coral bay strip and we enjoyed the selection of shops and restaurants and made good use of them.

In terms of days out, we visited a few places and here is our feedback:

- bird park. We had fun here, and the kids enjoyed it, but it is looking a little tired in places and some of the birds were not in the best condition. Giraffes are still friendly!

- Paphos Roman Ruins. This was excellent. Low entrance fees, beautiful mosaics, stunning scenery and ruins. The kids enjoyed clambering over walls and bridges etc.

- Troodos - we spent a long day in the car and took in all of the following:

            - Aphrodite's birthplace - very nice - worth the small detour for a few photos

            - Kaledonian falls - nice if you like walking. Need good balance to cross the stream a few times on stepping stones! The kids really enjoyed this. We saw a small snake!
- Kykkos monastery - quite a ride from Troodos, but well worth it, very beautiful.
- Cedar Drive - quite good views, but the Right, Left, Right in the car wears a bit thin after a while.

- Jeep Safari - overall enjoyed it. After coming so highly recommended, perhaps I was perhaps expecting a little more from it. I think I was expecting to spend a little more time exploring and seeing the wildlife of the area. Whereas it turned out to be a bit of a whistle-stop tour - rushing from one place to the next.

Finally, I would like to mention King Solomon's tavern. We tended to stick to the strip and did not venture further to Solomon's until very late in the holiday. It is much better value, excellent food and really welcoming. We would definitely recommend going here early! It is also walk able if you take the side street past the mini-golf.

I hope this feedback is helpful.

Hi there Irene,

This email is to just to let you know that we had a fantastic time in April at the Villa Filip at Paphos, Cyprus. It is a little paradise, and as usual, we did not want to come home.

We met Nicole OK and didn't have any problems to report. We have got to know Filipos, the landlord, very well.

Villa Filip is a very pleasant and relaxing location and Filipos looked after us very well.

Many thanks again for your help. We shall be in touch to book the Villa Filip again. It is the loveliest place we have ever stayed at, and we missed it terribly when we got home. We did say to Filipos that.

WE SHALL BE BACK!!!!

Dear Irene,

I much appreciate what you did in organising a villa at such short notice - Villa Aurora was certainly something special for one person! A fine property - I happened to visit when the garden was superb, with roses, antirrhinums, geraniums and rockery plants showing a profusion of colour - and then of course the stunning views and fresh air - what more could one ask!

Also importantly for me it was near a number of old mines.

Thank you for your interest and professionalism in arranging everything for me.

Kindest regards,

Dear Irene,

I just wanted to let you know that we had the most wonderful holiday in Cyprus. The villa was paradise, so peaceful and such a wonderful setting. It is the perfect place for a rest and we both feel so much better after our break.

Dear Irene,

Sorry meant to mail you sooner. Just to say the holiday was fantastic – the villa exceeded our expectations, it is very spacious, tastefully furnished and the area just right for us. Even with the young people, having a car made it possible for us to get to places they were happy to be at and gave us as 'the aged- parents!' the opportunity to drop them off and go exploring. Eldest daughter’s boyfriend even commented on when returning would use same villa!!

We loved the peace of the area and the breeze being on the hillside as it was so hot. We certainly will be returning....soon we hope!! Have passed your poster and details amongst friends and work colleagues and they have been very impressed. Being able to fly from Norwich - 20 minutes from where we live makes it even more attractive - It’s the first time we have ever had a flight leave early!!

With best wishes and again very many thanks - Pauline on behalf of the Simpsons!

Dear Irene,

We had a lovely holiday and the villa was fantastic. Cyprus is a beautiful country. The holiday was just what we needed.

-Testimonials for Sundance Villas-

Hi Irene,

Forgive me not writing sooner but work has been hectic since my return from holiday.

The villa was absolutely superb and exceeded our expectations. In the visitors book someone mentioned that the pictures, good as they are, don't do it justice and I would agree. We all had a wonderful time, Cyprus was a great place to visit, the weather was excellent, the food great, Helen was friendly and helpful, and I could go on and on but suffice to say it was wonderful. Big thank you for helping us arrange everything.

There was one thing that was not so good about the holiday but it was an absolute tribute to your organisation and the villa manager. Allow me to explain,

Chloe, my eldest daughter, developed an ear infection whilst we were there. She mentioned a bit of earache but she did not let on just how bad it had become until on the second Saturday morning she woke up with some blood on her pillow. As soon as she told us we immediately rang Michael in order to find an English speaking Doctor. Michael responded, we found the Doctor and Chloe got the treatment she needed. What was so amazing about this whole thing is that Chloe reported the bleeding to me at 08:30 in the morning, on a Saturday. We were seen by a Doctor in the village at about 8:45 and we had the prescription in our hands before 9:00. I do not think we would have got that service in the UK.

Once again, thanks for all your hard work helping to set up the holiday.

Kind Regards,

Simon Brassington

Dear Irene,

I just wanted to say what a fantastic time we had, Villa Kingfisher was the best! I have never stayed at a villa where the pool has been kept so clean! It is in an ideal spot nice and peaceful but just a short walk to the main part of Coral Bay. We had some lovely meals the Elephant restaurant was my favourite. I would definitely go back to Kingfisher and I would (and have) recommended yourselves, everything was perfect, CY Breeze were great thanks for recommending them to us and sorting out our car hire.

So a big thank you,

Kind regards,

Rachel Mulvihill

Hi Irene, how are you?

Can I just say Villa Kingfisher was absolutely amazing. We all would happily go back there in the in the near future, I hope! The holiday went amazingly quick. Cannot describe how pleased we are with the villa, brilliant.

Dear Irene,

I wanted to let you know that we have had a fantastic holiday at Villa Kingfisher in Coral Bay. The villa was superb and the setting could not have been better, in terms of access to the beach, to the town and also for Paphos itself.  We will certainly be returning to Cyprus at some point (this was our first visit to the island) and would definitely look to use your services again.

Many thanks,

Hi Irene,

Just to let you know that we had a wonderful time at Villa Hermes last week.

Really nice locations for lunch or dinner at Steni on the LHS as you go through the village. Very clean and new. Also the dam between Steni and Lysos is worth a visit. At the taverna by the Baths of Aphrodite we asked about an engraving of a cross we saw in a rock on the beach and were told that in the 1950's an American airman died there and the engraving was made as a tribute to him. A nice story. The engraving is found if you go down to the beach on the LHS path from the taverna. Scramble over a few rocks and it is on the floor and the cross stem more or less points toward the cross on the little island. The Bulgarian waitress (who also works at the gift shop near the baths entrance) knows all about it. Although we missed it, as it is on sun morning, there is a car boot sale just off the Paphos airport turn on the left as you head toward Paphos.

What friendly people the Islanders are...

We want to book same villa next year sometime.

Regards,

Tony

Dear Irene

I wanted to write to you to say how much we enjoyed our holiday at Villa Hermes.  It is a beautiful place to stay, the views and wonderful and the sunsets are spectacular. I don't ever think I have been able to be in a swimming pool and watch the sunset over the sea before.

Afrou was very friendly, and never bothered us, not even when she was cleaning the villa or the pool.  We were sorry that we never got a chance to thank her ourselves, please pass on our gratitude to her.

My parents have never been on a villa holiday, and they loved it.

The whole holiday experience was great all the travel arrangements went like clockwork, and the Excel staff were so helpful, particularly to my Mother, with all the additional assistance she required.

I will absolutely recommend Sundance to anyone looking for a villa holiday, and we also feel that the area Argaka was the best place to stay, although Polis and Latchi were lovely too.

We had some lovely meals Demetris, Lisa's Place (lovely meat meze) and our favourite place Moustakallis in Polis, the Manager was so lovely.  We also would recommend the Sunset cruise from Paphos.

All in all it was a lovely holiday, thank you so much.

Hi Irene,

I just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks. We had a great time and the villa and car hire worked out well, thank you for all your help and organisation.  Villa Ge Sephi was fantastic and accommodated us very comfortably, we hadn't expected it to be so warm in the evenings but that was soon sorted by the air con.

Nick was charming, he met us both on arrival and departure and the cars worked out perfectly, thank you for the recommendation.

All in all it was very relaxing and easily lived up to expectations. We’ll be returning next year if we can manage it.

We have recently returned from the villa in Paphos and I just wanted to drop you a line to say what a wonderful holiday we have all had. Costas was a super man and he looked after us very well even brought our young grandson a trike to play on. Lovely villa and the pool was so warm.

Dear Irene,

Everything went beautifully regarding our holiday at The Cottage. Zoë and George are lovely people and they made sure that everything was fine for us, and we very much enjoyed exploring everywhere in the Mazda.

We found some wonderful restaurants. The best of all was Kanalli Restaurant (which is on your list) at Pomos Harbour (1km beyond Pomos) : On a promontory above a lovely sheltered cove (with steps down to the tiny harbour and "relax beach" (yes, that really is what it is called") with old fashioned deck chars and rock pools - great for kids and snorkelling. The restaurant attracts a big clientele of local families at lunchtime and has real wonderful food - everything very fresh and tasty. The view all round is also wonderful. Well worth recommending.

This was our first time in Cyprus, but we hope to come back again soon

With best wishes,

Patrick and Carol.

Dear Irene,

Just had to drop you a line to say how fabulous our week at the Villa Aurora was at the beginning of the month. The photographs really don't do it justice at all!! The villa itself was lovely, with absolutely everything one needs for comfort, yet with all the little finishing touches that make it feel more like a home than a 'holiday rental' .

The food hamper in the fridge WAS very welcome arriving as we did at 7.30 p.m. The views were sensational, only one morning were we not up to watch the sun rise. We had very relaxing breakfasts on the veranda every morning and a couple of glasses of wine on the nights. We had dinner out in one of the restaurants every evening, very good food, very warm, friendly welcomes everywhere we went. We have been to Cyprus a couple of times previously, but this was the best trip yet! We both know we will return, especially if we can book the Aurora again for our stay!!

So be sure we will be in touch with you in the future to arrange this!! Thank you again for your efficient and friendly E-Mails and arrangement of our VERY short week's break from all the hustle, bustle and stresses of everyday life. Will be in touch with you next year!!

All the best of wishes,

Hi Irene,

Just to thank you for the most fantastic holiday we have just spent at Villa Aurora.

We shall never forget the most stunning views from the Villa, it is breathtaking and no photo could ever do it justice.

Please pass on our thanks to Michael who made us feel so welcome.

Without a doubt we will be in touch next year, this is the third Villa we have booked with you and it just gets better.

Just to let you know we had a lovely - and very hot - week at Villa Yvonne.

Dear Irene,

Sorry about the delay in me contacting you. I have recently started a new job and combined with Christmas, things have been hectic!

I would like to take this opportunity to say that I had a perfect holiday in September, Villa Yvonne was everything that we wished for and more! Yvonne was lovely and helpful as was your rep Nicole. Anavargos was ideal for us as it was far enough away from the centre to be peaceful but close enough to get to everywhere at low costs.

We would very much like to return to Cyprus either next year or 2009 and will definitely be using Sundance Villas.

Thanks again,

Dear Irene,

Just a few lines to let you know our holiday in Cyprus was very good and Villa Aurora was lovely. The views were fantastic and the weather excellent. Sunbathing in November is always a good thing! We liked Kanalli at Pomos Port and the fish restaurants in Latchi and Finikas in Polis. Kykkos Monastery was a highlight and much recommended. Anna's stay (one week) was all too short but only she braved the pool for a swim. It was freezing!

Thanks for all your help and advice; we hope to go back again.

Hi Irene

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Cyprus and will be returning.
Everything from the booking to getting home was spot on and just what we needed to set Brian on the road to recovery after his illness.

Location: - Very quiet area down a short lane behind the Akamas Restaurant. The gardens are full of fruit trees and the owner insists that you help yourself to whatever you want.

Surrounding area: - Close to Peyia and Agios Georgios. 10 minutes by car from Coral Bay and about 25 minutes to Kato Paphos and a very good supermarket.

Villa: - Lovely villa in an 'L' shape. Plenty of room, spotlessly clean, midweek maid service. Kitchen had every cooking utensil you could imagine. (They did not get much use from me!) Lots of cupboard space for clothes and to put empty suitcases in.

Pool area: - Wonderful. Immaculately clean. Plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas and seating outside. Covered pagoda type area with table and chairs next to barbecue. The view from the pool was stunning especially the sunset.

Villa Joanna was directly behind our villa and therefore did not have quite the same views. We did not see the inside of Joanna but the outside was lovely with fruit trees, covered area, many sun loungers etc. and a beautiful pool.

The owner was such a nice man, nothing was too much trouble for him as was your rep. Nicole. What a nice lady.

I hope the above is helpful, thanks once again for your help.

Eunice Holmes,   Oswaldtwistle

Dear Irene,

We have just returned from Cyprus and wanted to let you know how lovely the villa was. Everything was clean, tidy, and for once quality beds and linen.

George was very helpful and even replaced a parasol within 3 hours, when the other blew inside out.

Kathikas is a lovely Cypriot village and it makes a change to get away and spend time with locals rather than "Brits".

There are a couple of recommendations for you to add to your list.

Imogens Inn is a lovely Taverna in Kathikas run by an English lady and her Cypriot husband. The food is great and hospitality superb.

Also the Old Farm House or yard. Again run by an English Lady and Cypriot husband who is the chef. Different selection of food and cooked to perfection.

Both are within a 5 to 10 minute walk of the villas.

Hope this helps.

The Villa was lovely and Maria was available and helpful if we needed which was reassuring.

Hello Irene,

Just thought I would drop you a line to say how much we enjoyed our holiday at the Cottage in Lysos. It has not changed one bit since we were last there and that is a good thing. The girls absolutely loved the pool. We had trouble getting them out, especially when it was really hot! No complaints about the villa, it was perfect.

Just thought I would let you know about some the restaurants we went to with the girls. The Mystery Tavern in Polis was nice as they had a play area and kept the girls amused. The food was good and fairly priced.

We tried to find the restaurant at the Baths of Aphrodite and failed so we turned round and went to the Takkas Taverna. The food was lovely and reasonably priced. The view out to sea was amazing and we could have sat there all night.

The Faros restaurant in Latchi was a nice restaurant but we quickly learnt not to buy two children’s meals there, as they were so big and just bought one for them to share. Their prawn salads are to die for!

The Moustakalis Taverna in Polis was really nice, again big portions and reasonably priced.

However, our favourite by far was Chix Chou in Polis. Fantastic food. My 2 year old is a fussy eater but she ate all of their spaghetti bolognaise (not very Cypriot but at least she was eating). The waiters were really good with the girls, making a fuss of them and giving them free ice cream, which they loved. Nothing was a problem for them. I really recommend this restaurant if you have children. I think the most expensive meal we had here was CYP£43 which was for 2 starters, 4 meals, 1 pudding (girls had free ice cream) bottle of wine and drinks and coffees. We thought this was really reasonable.

There is also a park just round the corner from the restaurant so they could run all there energy off!

When we left the villa to come back home we popped into Paphos and I have to say I much preferred the Polis area, as it was much more relaxed. I would recommend Lysos to anyone!!

Thanks for all your help and to all your colleagues in Lysos who popped in to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Better start saving for next year!

Kind regards,

Claire McCubbin and family, Stoke

Dear Irene

Just a quick note to say thanks for organising a great week for us at Villa Lauren Beach. Everything went to plan and the villa itself far exceeded our expectations - it made a nice change for us to have a villa holiday where a car was unnecessary. A few comments on the local restaurants (all walking distance from the villa) which you may find helpful:

Caravelle Restaurant - excellent food (new chef, we spent a long time chatting with his Romanian wife!) and great service. Friendly bar upstairs.

Pazzo Pomodoro - very recently revamped Italian restaurant, only reopened the week were there. Outstanding food and presentation, a bit more formal than the other restaurants. Not cheap but still very good value for the quality.

Poppadums Indian Tandoori - fantastic Indian food, far better than the average Indian restaurant in the UK. Good value.

One other comment - we did try to find the way to get to Polis by bus, but without success - none of the people we asked seemed to know where to pickup the bus (somewhere in Coral Bay??)..... Therefore, it might be worth just leaving details at the villa - just an idea! Anyway, it gives us an excuse to return!

Overall, a brilliantly relaxing holiday. We will be back!

Thanks once again,

John and Wendy Prideaux,  Brentwood

Hi Irene,

Just wanted to say a sincere thank you. Villa Galina at Ayia Marina was absolutely lovely, it was spotlessly clean, furnished well, and very comfortable. I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants peace and tranquility. We were also spoilt by the neighbours who made desserts for us on two separate occasions! How kind. Recommendations: Chix Chox restaurant in Polis, it has been our favourite for the last four years. The food is superb and the welcome is the best. Latchi Watersport Centre, we hired a boat out for the day, and it was brilliant, they provide snorkels and goggles and a cool box for your picnic, it really was fantastic, we all snorkelled at the blue lagoon, it is brilliant family day. My son also did a scuba diving course the next day, and has a certificate to dive anywhere in the world! Paphos Waterpark, this is a really great fun day for all, without all the pushing and shoving you get at other waterparks. It is really clean and well laid out, with some really fun rides for all abilities.

I LOVE CYPRUS!

Thank you again Irene, no doubt we will talk again soon.

Best wishes,

Hi Irene

I would like to thank you for all your help in recommending the beautiful Lauren Beach for us, it was everything we could have imagined and more. The owner Andreas and his wife made us feel so welcome and their villa was spotless and clean. As you know, we also booked everything through yourself and once again, both were problem free. The flight took off on time and when we arrived in Paphos, the hire man from CY Breeze was there to greet us and show us to our vehicle. I had already emailed CY Breeze my licence details so it was the case of signing a form making the payment and on our way. The villa was easy to find and in all you have made our holiday something to remember, the whole process was as easy as using a package travel firm and I would highly recommend you to anyone considering a private villa for either the first time or as an experienced traveller.

Best wishes to you all and please feel free to use me, as a reference should you desire.

Dear Irene,

Just a line to say that the Villa Aurora was not as you described, it was better! No one could do it justice without being there, it was stunning, we loved our walks into the village to drink at the taverna, breakfast on the terrace every morning we saw something new in the surrounding countryside, it was the perfect lead up to the wedding which also was wonderful.

We had a lovely holiday and our friends want to come back with us!

Dear Irene,

Just a note to thank you for your assistance.
We returned last night from a fortnight at Villa Yvonne after a much needed holiday of a lifetime. You arranged taxis for us and despite our flight to Cyprus being delayed by four hours the taxi was waiting for us when we arrived at Pathos airport. The villa itself was as described and very clean and welcoming. The Welcome Pack was indeed welcome given our late arrival. The information sheet was also very helpful and for the most part spot on. The only difference was that one of the taverns in Anavargos is now George's rather than Michael's. The food and the service were both excellent and extremely good value. Please advise people though that if they intend having the meze a fast of at least 12 hours before would be highly recommended. Last but certainly not least, we must mention Yvonne who was a very gracious helpful and kindly lady. Whilst remaining unobtrusive, she was just so friendly helpful and informative. She also gets full marks for not batting an eyelid but lending us the spare keys when we managed to lock ourselves out on the second day. We would both be happy to recommend Sundance Villas to anyone and indeed, we are now looking forward to our next holiday with Sundance.

Thanks a million,

Dear Irene

How right you are, the villa was really is lovely.  We consider ourselves very
lucky to have booked a week in August at the last minute.  The other guests'
cancellation was definitely our gain.  We enjoyed a week of complete rest
and relaxation in the most beautiful, tranquil setting.  We will miss not
waking up to those amazing views every morning.  The Villa itself is
finished to a high standard, very well equipped, clean and incredibly
private.  The welcome hamper was most generous.  George was very
easily contactable and responded very quickly to our request for air
conditioning upstairs.  The evening breeze dropped whilst we were there and
consequently made sleeping uncomfortably hot without the air conditioning.

If you are looking for a get away from it all holiday - this location is for
you.  We would consider a car to be a necessity. Although the village
supermarket & cafes are close - it is a very steep climb in August
temperatures.  Nearby Polis (approx 12 km) has many good restaurants to
choose from.  The windy road that runs past the villa continues straight
into Polis - if you do not mind the bends or heights, more great views are on
offer here.  There is an alternative route - better road, well signposted,
just slightly further.

Thank you very much for organising this holiday, the flights (particularly
the last minute addition!) and the car rental with CY Breeze were all very
efficient.  We would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Villa Lauren Beach and it totally exceeded all expectations. The villa was beautiful, had great facilities and was in a lovely location. Your welcome pack was really thoughtful as was the owners waiting to greet us on our arrival!

CY -Breeze also proved really helpful and friendly in providing extra
transport for our luggage on both our arrival as well as our return to the Airport.

In all a most enjoyable time had by all and would definitely recommend it to anybody.

Many thanks,

Elaine Landrum, Alighton

Nick at CY Breeze very good and met us with out any hassle
