Q: Do villa rental rates include a welcome hamper, linen, towels and cleaning or do we pay extra for this?
A: These are all included in our prices. All you need to take are beach towels.

Q: How often is the villa cleaned?
A: Pre arrival, and for 14 night durations, a light clean with the linen change after 7 days. (Unless otherwise stated).

Q: Is the pool cleaned regularly?
A: All pools are cleaned and maintained regularly, often very early whilst it is cool.

Q: Will there be an iron, board and hairdryer in the villa? Will there be a safe?
A: All properties have iron, board and a hairdryer. 99% of our properties now have a safe, please check the villa page.

Q: Do we need to take adapters?
A: Sockets in the villa will be 3 pin as in UK. But adapters are handy to take in case some items in the villa have 2 pin, which they often do.

Q: Will the villa have enough sunloungers, and patio furniture?
A: All villas with own pools are readily equipped with these. For a 2 bedroomed villa there will be 4 sunloungers, 3 bedrooms have 6 loungers, etc.

Q: What extras are there to pay?
A: Air conditioning is usually not included in the rental rate, and you pay for this in Cyprus, per wall unit, per day. Pool heating if applicable is usually payable there too. Refundable Damage Deposit.

Q: What are the check in and check out times?
A: For the majority of villas you may occupy 1 to 3 bedroomed properties at 3pm and vacate by 11am. Some 3 bedroom and 4 - 6 bedrooms occupy from 4pm.

Q: What happens if we have a problem at the villa?
A: Our Representative will visit the majority of villas. For all villas with own pools we provide you with either our Representative’s name, or the House Manager’s, and phone nos. We provide Emergency Contact Nos. for all bookings.

Q: Is a car required?
A: We indicate when Car Hire is advisable. If you want a break from driving, click on the "Car Hire not required" link on the Villa Rentals page. If in doubt contact us.

Q: Are your villas “wheelchair friendly?”
A: Most are not. 4 bedroom Villa Ampelitis has been designed to be wheelchair accessible. A few properties have a “wheel in” shower and wider doors. Please clarify villa suitability with us before booking.

Q: Do you offer lower rates if we are 2 persons who prefer a 2 or 3 bedroomed property?
A: Yes we do. On some villas we offer lower rates when 2 share. If others wish to join you then a higher rate will apply.

Q: It’s our Honeymoon/Anniversary. Can you make it extra special?
A: Yes we offer “Cyprus Champagne” instead of the wine in the hamper at all 2 - 6 bedroomed villas with own pools.
