Booking information
Q: How do I book a villa?
A: In 3 easy steps:
- You check the villa’s availability. Do not book your flights yet. Read our Terms and Conditions. Tick nights required, and press "View Costing". The Booking Enquiry Form appears under the Costing. Complete it thoroughly and press "Send Completed Enquiry". All correctly completed Booking Enquiries will receive an automated e.mail "Thanking you for your Booking Enquiry". We usually reply regarding the status of your Request within 30 minutes (during office hours). You can also make a Request by phone or using "Contact Us". We can also reserve the villa for you whilst you to sort out flights. Just ask. We do ALL the bookings for the majority of our villas, so we can answer you promptly.
- Once we have your booking details we post our Booking Form to you to sign and return. Your initial deposit payment can be made by Bank Transfer (preferred) or cheque. Please note that the booking is not guaranteed until you have received our Sundance Villas “Payment Received” letter by post. We use this method as it covers bookings made by phone.
- If you are making your booking more than 12 weeks before the start of the villa booking date, then a 30% deposit is required. This is flexible. You will then need to send us outstanding rental money 12 weeks before your departure date. Once received, we will send you your final booking confirmation together with Villa Directions and Sundance Villas’ “General Information Guide”.

Q: What extras are there to pay?
A: Air conditioning is usually not included in the rental rate, and you pay for this in Cyprus, per wall unit, per day. Pool heating (if available) is usually payable there too.
Q: Are the rental prices in Sterling?
A: Yes. All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling.
Q: On which days do villa bookings usually commence?
A: Many villas have a "Flexible" changeover day, and this should be indicated on the "Availability" page. As the majority of the flights from U.K. are on Wednesdays and Sundays some villas will indicate these particular days.
Q: What is the minimum length of stay?
A: 4 -7 days. We can also offer 10 or 11 nights on some properties. Just ask.
